This historic island home is immaculate! Tucked away on a private lane with a large, screened porch overlooking a lovely yard. A perfect spot to unwind and enjoy your beach vacation! Remodeled kitchen and bath, new laundry room, spacious living room and open front porch with distant views of Oyster Bay.
NO LINENS AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED SO BRING YOUR OWN OR CALL US TO RENT THEM.
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid. If less, then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge, and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).

We had a delightful stay in Chincoteague! The weather was perfect for swimming and biking and the house exceeded our expectations. It was clean and very well appointed. Management was helpful and very upbeat. We particularly enjoyed learning about the history of Mr. Miles Hancock, decoy carver and market hunter and visited his workshop at the Museum. Ocean, ponies and seafood, who could want anything more!

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend staying at the Hancock House. This is what a vacation should be: peace and quiet when you need it, but close enough to the beach and action on Maddox Blvd and Main Street. This lovely house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the screened in porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. We’ll be back again!
