Apartment with 2 rooms in the heart of Dinard, a former hotel off the 19th century, at the third floor.
Renovated, quiet and bright. It can accommodate 4 people.
200m from the beach of l'Ecluse, the Casino and in the city center. And close to the seller of the best kouig amann (butter cake) of Dinard !
You can access three times a week at the famous market in 5 minutes walk.
Finally, behind the building is a not covered parking lot. It is easy for your movements.
Ideal for a moment of fresh air.

The apartment can be rented during the school season. It is 10 minutes walk from the Dinard's hotel school .

Lovely apartment in a very pretty town

The apartment is bright, clean and well maintained with plenty of space, and is as described in the photos. We didn't spend lots of time in the apartment, as we took picnics to the beach and ate out each evening, but we enjoyed our stay there. We met the representative to collect keys and check out, and there were a few issues in arranging a convenient time to do this, but otherwise she was helpful. Stayed here for a week in July 2012 when we were fortunate enough to experience very hot, sunny weather. Dinard is a lovely town, with excellent beaches and lots of bakeries, cafes and restaurants. If we return, we would hire a car rather than take a taxi to/from the airport, as we experienced issues in hiring a taxi for the return journey to the airport (tip - book this in advance). Would recommend the short boat ride over to St Malo. Would recommend staying in this apartment.

Appartement très bien situé,clair et lumineux. Bien équipé à l'exception du lit : une bonne literie mais son adaptation de cales en bois pour faire de 2 petits lits,un grand lit est " limite"... On se bute souvent les pieds dans les cales ! Quelques compléments seraient appréciés : ustensiles de cuisine( aucun), cafetière électrique et tablettes ou meuble sous lavabo dans la salle de bain pour y déposer plus aisément les accessoires de toilette. Concernant la copropriété, l'endroit est calme mais certaines personnes ferment inutilement la porte d'entrée à clés rendant impossible son ouverture par le biais de l'interphone ce qui nous oblige à descendre ! Pour le reste,tout est parfait,le four micro-ondes est vraiment très bien et la machine à laver très appréciable surtout lorsqu'on est en bord de mer! Cordialement

Tres bonne location à 2 pas du centre de dinard à 2 pas de la plage. Faisable avec un bebe mais difficile ascenseur très petit et appartement sur demi étage donc poussette a laisser dans la voiture , douche ( petite piscine à prevoir si avec bebe). Sinon location top! Nous avons passé un excellent sejour

Pour notre premier séjour en Bretagne notre choix s'est porté sur Dinard. Magnifique endroit ! L'appartement très bien situé dans une rue commerçante mais calme. Ayant un parking privé. Appartement agréable et propre et avec tout le confort. Belle chambre et salle de bain spacieuses. Très proche de la plage et commerces. Nous avons profité en famille de belles balades et de la plage. Visite de St Malo. LA côte d'émeraude porte bien son appellation pour ce petit coin de paradis. A recommander !

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement, bien décoré et très bien équipé. Cuisine, salle de bain, chambre et séjour rien ne manque et tout est impeccable. La résidence est très calme et vraiment proche de la mer et du casino (moins de 100 mètres). le parking, l'accueil des animaux et la wifi sont de vrais plus car plutôt rare.

Notre séjour dans ce logement s'est très bien passé, celui-ci est très bien situé et la place de parking est vraiment pratique pour les excursions aux alentours Toutes les commodités sont accessibles immédiatement à pied que ce soit la plage de l'Ecluse, la promenade du clair de lune, les restaurants ou bien le marché et les magasins. si je peux faire une suggestion d'amélioration ce serait une connexion internet

Appartement confortable et paisible au centre de Dinard,à proximité des commerces, galeries d'arts et du casino. Le bâtiment et l'appartement sont bien entretenus, au troisième étages avec ascenseur. les fenêtres sont au sud, et procure une luminosité agréable. Très proche de la plage et du chemin des douaniers. Le bruit des mouettes est présent, mais c'est aussi ça la Bretagne. Appartement recommandable. Propriétaire à l’écoute.

Une dame très agréable, amie des propriétaires, nous a accueillis mais ses horaires ne sont pas toujours compatibles avec ceux des locataires car elle travaille le samedi. Appartement propre, lumineux et bien agencé. Idéalement situé pour des promenades à pied côté plage ou côté port : A deux pas de la promenade qui longe la côte. Immédiatement à proximité des petits commerces et des galeries d'art, du cinéma, de l'office de tourisme, des animations... Les nuits seraient calmes si les goélands ne "piaillaient" pas toute la nuit sur le toit de l'immeuble d'en face. On aurait dit une scène de ménage entre goélands :-) !!! Enfin, on s'est habitué peu à peu et on fermait les fenêtres quand on n'en pouvait plus... Cuisine moderne et bien équipée, mais nous n'avons pas eu à disposition le manuel d'utilisation du beau four moderne (On a pu se débrouiller en effectuant plusieurs essais). La place de parking derrière l'immeuble est un plus, ce qui permet de retrouver une place vacante de stationnement à chaque retour de visite extérieure. En conclusion, contents de notre choix pour cet appartement . Dinard est une ville agréable et a été notre point de départ pour de nombreuses visites touristiques.
