Balcony with a small table and two chairs. The cottage also has a garden on the ground floor where you can enjoy the barbecue.
Parking is easy and free, right in front of the gîte.
Access by highway, train station or bus is very simple. You are next to the IUT, the hospital and the city center (on foot)
