Very spacious property 15min away from the historical center of Colmar in a quiet neighborhood with free and easy parking. We especially loved the sunny terrace! Check-in was easy and the host was responsive.
Missing a few basic things - we only received one small towel per person, also there was no towel to step on when you get out of the shower and no kitchen towel for an otherwise well equipped kitchen. The bed was rather small for two tall people (we are both 180cm+).

Appartamento molto luminoso e spazioso con l’ occorrente minimo necessario che potrebbe servire per il soggiorno.Buona posizione per raggiungere il centro di colmar in 10/15 minuti a piedi ,parcheggio gratuito nelle vie vicine o difronte all’appartamento.
Host sempre disponibile e pronto alla risposta tramite messaggistica booking.
Molto carino il piccolo spazio esterno per eventuali colazioni o cene all’ aperto.
L’unica piccola pecca sono le tende davanti alle finestre semi trasparenti che fanno filtrare tutta la luce internamente soprattutto in camera da letto per chi vuole dormire nel buio totale.

-кухня: плохо работающий кран, вода разбрызгтвается;
горелые сковородки; сбитая мебель; сломанная спинка дивана; грязные пульты для жалюзей; нет соли.
-ванна: нет крючков для одежды; плохое освещение; нет полочки в душе; грязные двери и вытяжка; грязный шкаф; одно небольшое полотенце на гостя.
- неочевидное подключение к интернету. Мы заехали в 23.10, хозяин помог с подключением только утром.
-спальня: отсутствует 1 светильник на прикроватной тумбочке; непонятная история с простынями и наматрасниками. Я очень плохо спала.
Общее впечатление грязи и старой квартиры.
Отзывы совершенно не соответствуют реальности.
Я написала хозяину про все недочеты, он предложил съехать. Это был мой день рождения и я была очень расстроена жильем, но тратить свое время на поиски и переезд мне не хотелось.
Рада была уехать и совершенно не рекомендую.
