Hosts/managers relied too much on prewritten canned instructions and there did not seem to be any effort to accommodate requests such as early check in, which was requested. Response was a resend of the canned general greeting letter with no info on whether it was possible or not. Booking shows the address as 28 Rue des Fleurs, when the correct bldg is 28D, which was noted in the video, but should be corrected on booking’s site. Otherwise, the video was not that helpful as it starts in the middle of the complex of apartment buildings, so had to run around to find its location in the pouring rain. Once opened, lockbox did not have a key inside. Host/ managers did not know whether the apt was ready and could not get ahold of the cleaners and suggested I knock on the door. By that time the cleaners left and, most likely using the stairs and had returned the key to the box. At the end of the stay, received a standard letter from the host/ manager to take out the garbage, strip the bed, and leave an “ten” for an appropriate rating as booking penalizes anything below a ten. Needless to say that did not leave a good impression either. A map with key box location and short instructions attached.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με δωρεάν δημόσιο πάρκινγκ πλην καλοκαιρινών μηνών και ανταποκρινόταν στην περιγραφή του Πολύ συνεννοήσιμοι οικοδεσπότες

Για όσους έχουν δύσκολο ύπνο η έλλειψη παντζουριών ή χοντρών κουρτινών θα δυσκολέψει την ξεκούραση

La struttura è ben localizzata: molto vicino al centro che è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Ma situata in una zona con possibilità di parcheggio dell’auto. La casa è molto carina e accogliente e sopratutto ben pulita e ordinata!!!

Unica pecca la tenda nella doccia. Sono gusti personali ma se proprio devo trovare un difetto quella cosa è l’unica cosa che avrei cambiato. Per il resto perfetta!!

Апартаментът беше изключително чист и уютен. Имахме всичко неоходимо дори за дълъг престой. Домакините изключително любезни, имахме pdf, клипче и указания за всичко. Изключително лесно и удобно, близо до стария град и малката Венеция. Бихме се върнали!
