Beautiful charming apartment of 65m2 located in the heart of the old pedestrian town of Villefranche-sur-mer.
Windows and balcony overlooking a small quiet interior garden. Clear view, sea view.
A few steps from a small shopping place (pharmacy, bakery, butcher, grocery store, etc.) and 5 minutes walk from restaurants by the sea and the beach.

3 bedroom duplex.
Fully equipped American kitchen.

Sheets and towels not provided.
You can bring your own sheets and towels or order them in advance (paid service of € 15 per kit - double or single - either for example, if you are 2 adults and 2 children, € 15 for the double kit + 2x 1 single kit = 45 €)

We stayed 4 nights at this location. The 3 main issues we had were as follows: There is not a comfortable place to sit. The couch in the living room is a very low uncomfortable futon. The apartment was acceptable but needs a deep clean and some of the pillows need thrown away because they are very stained. We had to take the trash out upon departure which is not unusual, but it is a long walk uphill through town and across traffic with a trash bag to get to the trash can. If we were staying 1 or 2 nights it would have been ok but 4 nights was too long in this apartment. The temperature in the apartment was pleasant during our stay with the fans on and the courtyard was beautiful.

We tremendously enjoyed our stay for my wife's 40th birthday. The apartment is located in the heart of the old town. A bakery, butcher, pharmacy and several restaurants are less than a block away. The waterfront and beach are an easy walk. The train station is also an easy walk, and that connects you to the airport, Nice and Italy. The apartment has everything you need for a short or extended stay. We enjoyed many evenings on the little patio and took full advantage of being in walking distance of so much. The neighborhood was a nice mix of vacationers and locals. The area is not over run with tourists. We would recommend this place

Really nice apartment located in the old town part of Villefranche Sur Mer. Close to restaurants and the beach. Air conditioning would have been really useful as it was very hot at night but there were some fans in the apartment which helped.

We staid in this apartment during the Easter period. The flat is clean and with an interesting design. it look old when you arrive by the door but is surpringly modern when you open it. Mme Danielle supported us in a very polite and discrete way.

We (two adults and two kids aged 7 & 10) just spent a week in Marianne's apartment and we are very pleased! The apartment is located in the old area of Villefranche, with narrow pedestrian streets and no cars. Many restaurants nearby and the beach and train station a five minute walk away. The apartment was in very good condition and had all we could wish for. Both Marianne (owner) and Madame Ferrio (neighbour lady doing check-in, check-out and cleaning) were extremely helpful and kind. We absolutely recommend this apartment! //Rickard & Cecilia (Sweden)

We really liked our stay in this apartment where we lived for two weeks with our three children. The apartment was very well equipped, cosy and close to everything. With baby carriage the many stairs was sometimes a bit tough, but everything else was perfect. Very good service from Marianne (owner). We would love to come again! Johanna + family in Stockholm

When we arrived late in the evening from Nice airport with two little children (who were off course tired), we were very well received by a neighbour who helped us out for the first evening. The appartment is located in a pedestrian zone. The stairs in the street and towards the second stage of the building were a bit tough to do with a buggy and luggage, but are the effort worth. The appartment was nicely clean and the kitchen equipped with all you need to cook if you want to do so. If not, there are restaurants by the dozen in just a few minutes walking distance. On all our questions, we received promptly answers from the owner. Internet access on the appartment comes in very handy too. The train and bus are very nearby, so it's perfectly located to visit the region without the need of a car. And there are also some very nice walks you can do in the immediate surroundings as Villefranche is situated in a very nice bay with harbor.

We stayed at this apartment recently in May 2012. It’s in a great location right in the middle of Villefranche, just a minute or two away from the harbour. The apartment located on the second floor is to the rear of one of the typical old terraced houses in Villefranche. There is a nice view of the rooftops and the surrounding hills from the balcony. The interior has been recently renovated and all of the facilities, furniture and kitchen equipment looked very new and were really well looked after. The owner Marianne, is really professional, answers all emails very promptly and is very efficient regarding payment confirmation, queries about the lease etc. During our stay the lady next door was on hand to welcome us when we arrived and she is available to deal with any problems that may arise. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who would like to stay in Villefranche. However I must mention there are quite a few steps. The apartment is on one of the typical streets in the old town which has steps the whole way up and down. It’s downhill when you’re going out and uphill coming back. It’s absolutely fine for most people though, but if you’re elderly or extremely unfit it would be best to visit a town which is more flat. Villefranche is a great place for a holiday, there are sandy beaches a few minutes walk away, the train station which will bring you to Nice, Monaco, Grasse, Cannes etc is about 5 minutes walk and there are lots of nice walks around the citadel and the old town itself on your doorstep.

We (two adults and our teenage son) stayed in this apartment for a week in July 2011 and we really enjoyed our stay. We found the apartment lovely, comfortable, clean and well equipped. The location is wonderful, in one of the old streets of Villefranche, near to the beach, shops, restaurants and public transport. We certainly recommend this apartment to others.
