Windows and balcony overlooking a small quiet interior garden. Clear view, sea view.
A few steps from a small shopping place (pharmacy, bakery, butcher, grocery store, etc.) and 5 minutes walk from restaurants by the sea and the beach.
3 bedroom duplex.
Fully equipped American kitchen.
Sheets and towels not provided.
You can bring your own sheets and towels or order them in advance (paid service of € 15 per kit - double or single - either for example, if you are 2 adults and 2 children, € 15 for the double kit + 2x 1 single kit = 45 €)

A property with character.
Everything you need. Lovely lbalcony which overlooks a communal ´ garden ´ at the back.

We stayed 4 nights at this location. The 3 main issues we had were as follows:
There is not a comfortable place to sit. The couch in the living room is a very low uncomfortable futon.
The apartment was acceptable but needs a deep clean and some of the pillows need thrown away because they are very stained.
We had to take the trash out upon departure which is not unusual, but it is a long walk uphill through town and across traffic with a trash bag to get to the trash can. If we were staying 1 or 2 nights it would have been ok but 4 nights was too long in this apartment.
The temperature in the apartment was pleasant during our stay with the fans on and the courtyard was beautiful.
