Le Bourdieu de Combarrau is an old and genuine farm from Gascony (Fondation du Patrimoine Label), in the middle of the countryside, on the Lectoure commune (health resort). We stayed at Roland’s property for our friends wedding in Lectoure and decided to make a holiday out if it. Roland and Isobel were so accommodating and welcoming to us and the delicious jams and cakes tha Isobel made us where so kind and made us feel ever so welcome.
Roland was on hand for any questions or assistance we needed and really helped to make our stay very easy.
The property is a little more remote than we initially thought as there are two addresses listed on the booking.
Regardless of this we had a wonderful stay and the pool at the property is next to none, it is huge and absolutely perfect!

Accomodation was typically french and very well equipped.Pool and surround was the best we have seen.Communication with host prior to arrival was excellent and any issues we had were resolved very quickly.Host and family made us feel very welcome.Rural location but close to Lectoure and supermarket.

Such a beautiful place to stay. The house is lovely and has everything you could possibly need. Roland and his family were very welcoming. The pool is absolutely perfect

Nous avons passé deux semaines déclieuses en ce mois de juillet 2011, même si la météo de la seconde semaine était mitigée. Le gîte est réellement exceptionnel et l'accueil ne l'est pas moins. En bref tout est parfait : nous sommes depuis 20 ans et plus des habitués des gîtes français et ici c'est vraiment le "top du top" ! Dès l'accueil du premier jour (apéro, repas, vin de pays) jusqu'au départ (re-apéro, visite de la demeure) tout est parfait. Détail pour les amateurs de voitures (très)sportives : accessibilité parfaite et parking sûr. Des tas de choses à faire dans la région, que l'embaras du choix, documentation et conseils judicieux sur place. En résumé : QUE DU BONHEUR !! Anne et Michel - Bruxelles
