You will have access to 2 semi-detached apartments in an authentic renovated family house in the heart of the Gers, a small French Tuscany, on a 32 ha estate (woods, orchard, fields). Enjoy in all seasons the mild climate (beautiful late season, 50 m2 covered terrace, park), renowned international festivals (circus, astronomy, photography, jazz) and gastronomy (foie gras, armagnac, mushrooms...).
🥗 The kitchens offer recent household appliances (oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, food processor, potato masher, washing machine, fan)
🛏️ Night side:
- The first cottage has 2 bedrooms upstairs: the first with a double bed and the second with 1 double bed + 1 single bed + baby bed.
- The second cottage has a double bedroom and a dormitory upstairs with 1 double bed, 2 bunk beds and 2 single mattresses.
- A sofa bed in the living room of the 2nd cottage.
The whole offers many facilities: bathtub, towel dryer, clothesline and drying rack, ironing board and iron
Small electric plancha, garden furniture, deckchairs, parasols
Babies and children are welcome: baby gate for the stairs, baby/children's games, swing set with swing, and on request, Baby cot, booster seat for chair, baby potty, bicycle and tricycle for children...
