The location and views can’t be beat! Although it is small, our family of four (two teens) were quite comfortable. Walking distance to everything in town with a quiet and relaxing home base. Loved it!

A stunning location, as pictured (lounging on the patio is wonderful, but must comply with the many "Don't walk on the lawn" signs). Roomy and comfortable. Good wifi. Communications with the owner and caretaker were quick. Walking distance to the center, and the valley buses stop immediately outside the complex. Instructions for the operation of the dishwasher, microwave and washing machine would be helpful. Bring your own toilet paper if you're staying for more than a day or two. Overall a good experience.

Christophe’s apartment is a great option for families with young kids since a travel crib and a high chair were available. The apartment easily accommodated our group 3 adults and a 2 year old. The availability of a kitchen and a washer was an added bonus. The location was in the heart of Chamonix within easy walking distance to shops/restaurants and steps away from bus stops for the various ski areas in the valley. The views of Mont Blanc from the living room were spectacular. Christophe was a great host - he responded to our messages promptly and gave us great recommendations around the area. He also went above and beyond to help us when we encountered an unpleasant situation at a restaurant. We greatly appreciate his hospitality and hope we can visit again in the future.

The apartment is not stocked very well. The property manager was clear she expects you to bring.... Trash bags (you are given 2 very small bags) Dish towels - none Hand Soap - none Washing machine soap - almost none Floors were not very clean - bring slippers One sharp knife that could not cut a tomato. If you want a basic apartment - great. If you want an apartment that cares about its guests...look elsewhere..

Great Stay with a Stunning View

Quietly tucked away from the main hustle and bustle of Chamonix, yet only 5 minutes walk from the centre, this garden apartment is nicely situated with a lovely view of the Massif Central and Mont Blanc. Watch the paragliders swirling overhead from the comfort of your deck chairs! The apartment is well equipped and had everything we needed for an enjoyable two week stay. All the expected amenities, but we didn’t use the television as the view out of the apartment is just too good. Communication virtually and in person in Chamonix was excellent and would definitely recommend for a summer or winter stay. Our children (13 and 10) enjoyed the outdoor pool complex which is 250m from the apartment and Chamonix boasts plenty of activities to keep everyone occupied. Thanks very much Christophe and Sophie for your welcome!

I absolutely loved staying in Christophe's flat. The view from the living room is spectacular. The flat itself is quite spacious, and I would recommend it for a family with children. The flat is within walking distance of the centre of town and the Brevant and Aiguille Du Midi lifts. Checking in and checking out were easy and Christophe checked in with us to ensure everything was going smoothly. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent four nights in the lovely apartment. The facilities in the apartment are great and everything is spotlessly clean. The location is great; just a five minute stroll into the centre of Chamonix. What made the apartment really good, were the owners who were incredibly helpful at all times. Will definitely return!

Appartement en rez-de-jardin formidablement placé dans Chamonix à 2 pas du centre-ville avec une vue exceptionnelle sur les aiguilles, le mont-blanc et l'aiguille du midi. Résidence très calme et très bien entretenue (les espaces verts ne sont pas praticables à pieds ou aux animaux). Parking souterrain disponible dans la résidence sécurisant. Appartement très agréable et très fonctionnel avec un bon équipement général. Aurait peut-être besoin d'un petit rafraichissement pour se qualifier de "premium". 1 seul vrai défaut à notre goût : la literie avec une sorte de futon posé sur un sommier qui n'est pas à la hauteur du reste des prestations de l'appartement. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel et l'accueil de Sabrina est excellent pour la remise des clés. Appartement à recommander et que nous gardons en mémoire pour un prochain passage :)

L’appartement de Christophe et Sophie est très bien situé, proche du centre mais calme, et exposé face au Mont-Blanc. Seul bémol, les grands arbres qui cachent un peu la vue. L’appartement lui-même est hyper bien équipé et la terrasse est agréable.

Nous connaissons bien cette vallée, notre séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé et très bien équipé, nous a donné l'occasion de redécouvrir la ville de chamonix. Situé tout près du centre (où nous pouvions nous rendre en longeant l'Arve), du complexe sportif (tennis piscine), nous avons pleinement profité de l'animation de Chamonix sans en subir les nuisances. Notre petit-fils a beaucoup apprécié l'autonomie dont il a pu jouir en raison de cette proximité des équipements et des animations. J'ajouterai la très belle vue sur le massif du Mont-Blanc...

Wat lekker na een vermoeiende wandeling in bad!!! De tuin is fijn maar voor een groot deel verboden. Wil je ‘s avonds of ‘s ochtends in de zon dan kan dit niet. Verder was alles prima voor elkaar. Met de Mont Blanc multi pas kom je echt overal. De communicatie verliep soepel.

Es gibt nix zu beanstanden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, schöner Flachbildschirm, leistungsstarkes W-LAN und das Beste, wir als Deutsche wurden von Christina deutsch empfangen, alles wie abgesprochen. Die Küche ist relativ klein, aber allles Notwendige ist reichlich vorhanden. Besonders toll ist die Südausrichtung der Terrasse mit herrlichen Blick auf das Mont Blanc Massiv und den gigantisch bezaubernd wirkenden Midi. Aber auch die ganze Gartenanlage des Appartmenthauses ist sehr gepflegt. Kleines Manko, wir hatten 8 Tage nur Sonnenschein und haben die auf den Fotos tollen Liegestühle für die Terrasse vermisst. Tolle Lage außerhalb von Chamonix, nur 5 min. zu Fuß in die für den Verkehr gesperrte Innenstadt mit allen Shops usw. Und eine ganz besondere Annehmlichkeit ist die zur Verfügung stehende Tiefgarage, mit Fahrstuhl in die Wohnung, fertig. Uns wurde immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit von Christina geholfen oder auch von Sabrina in französisch. Bei uns war einmal die Toilettenspülung defekt, wurde sofort erledigt.

Appartement très bien situé à la sortie de Chamonix ( centre ville à 5mn , avec tous commerces ), une vue sympa sur les Aiguilles de Chamonix et le Mont-Blanc, une place de parking en sous-sol très appréciée en hiver. Appartement bien aménagé, très propre, tout confort, rien ne manque , de grands placards. Un style contemporain , sobre , chaleureux, avec des touches " montagnes" . Un propriétaire réactif à la moindre question. De bonnes counditions d'arrivée et de départ. Un wifi performant.

Appartement très bien situé dans résidence agréable, tout proche des rues piétonnes, de la piscine et des chemins le long de l'Arve. Très bien exposé avec superbe vue sur le massif du Mont-blanc. Propre, bien entretenu, spacieux, décoré avec goût et moderne. Lit superposé double (2+1) orignial et pratique. Un petit livret avec tous les détails (accès, wifi, télécommande, etc.) vous permettra d'avoir les réponses à toutes vos questions. Propriétaire très aimable et accueillant. Seul bémol, on aimerait y rester plus longtemps ;) A louer les yeux fermés, je recommande vivement.
