About this house rental

Independent house (for 6 people, even 10 with surcharge) face sea (view of 180 degrees), with enclosed garden and access to a beach (20m), near shops (800m).
On the ground floor, the open kitchen, the living room of 42m2 as well as the two large terraces (South-East and West) offer a superb view on the sea.
Upstairs, you will find 2 small rooms facing the sea, with balcony, and EAST side (very pleasant in the morning), a double room and a room of water with TOILET.
The exceptional location of the house makes it possible to feel 'in touch' with the sea permanently.
If required, possibility of renting the contiguous extension for 2 to 4 additional persons (30% surcharge). This one includes a room of life of 20m2 high of ceiling with view on sea (kitchenette, corner meal, corner living room) + a room of 12m2 with double bed and big cupboard + a room of water with TOILET.

The house was excellent and clean and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. The view from the house was incredible and you could never get tired of watching the ever changing scene. St Jacut is a lovely area and close to St Malo and Dinan or Dinard. There is lots to do in the area. The beach across the road is lovely and there are lots to choose nearby. Lovely restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend La Goelette for a reasonably priced meal. Would definitely book this house again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your holiday home.

The house was one of the few objects we ever booked where the advertisement was almost an understatement compared to reality. Perfect location of the house with direct sea veiw and direct access to the beach. Even on very hot days, there was always a fresh breeze. The house was both very tastefully and comfortably furnished, and also very functional and easy to maintain. We moved in and felt like home from the very first minute. The village St. Jucut is small and calm, but has everything you need on a day-to-day basis (restaurants, cafes, super market), and it is very close to larger towns (Dinard, Dinan, St. Malo). For us one of the nicest areas of Brittany.

Belle maison, presque les pieds dans l'eau avec vue inoubliable, couchers de soleil,située dans une région magnifique. On en oublie de regarder la télé tellement le spectacle de la marée montante est grandiose. Location très lumineuse, avec tout le confort, cuisine très bien équipée. Propriétaire très sympathique et de bon conseil. A conseiller à tous les amoureux de la nature toutes les pointes de Bretagne sont d'une beauté à couper le souffle et en fin de soirée manger une crêpe au château d'Oh c'est l'apothéose!

Accueil, propreté, beaux paysages étaient au rendez-vous. Propriété magnifique conforme au descriptif prélocatif et très largement suffisante pour 6 personnes.Village magnifique à découvrir avec ses nombreux points de vue et plages. Endroit idéal pour rayonner à pied en vélo ou en voiture vu les nombreuses possibilités environnantes. De bonnes adresses vous sont proposer par les propriétaires : crêperies, fruits de mer ..... Bon séjour à tous!!!!

La maison est tout à fait le reflet des photos sur le site. Espace, propreté impeccable, jolies 3 chambres avec placards, salle de bain fonctionnelle, très grande table pour les repas, entrée fonctionnelle, garage, salle de douche dans l'entrée et surtout, salon et cuisine très fonctionnelle FACE A LA MER. Rien ne nous a manqué. Accueil chaleureux, pas de tricherie. Y avons passé 1 semaine en hiver avec deux enfants (4 et 7 ans). Maison qui doit être agréable en été, pas besoin de voiture pour aller se tremper les pieds. Terrasse devant et derrière la maison ! St Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Fort Lalatte : à proximité. De superbes ballades à faire lors des marées basses. Une vue imprenable. Sincèrement, c'est parfait !
