The Treetops Property is quiet and private, uniquely separated from other cottages by the meandering marsh river. The house is set on a spacious lot providing a large property for guests to enjoy. Just a 5 minute walk to the picturesque beach.
The property has three bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen size beds. One bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a pullout queen-size sofa bed in the living room. A separate sitting room with amazing morning sun. 2 baths (One with a large standup shower, one with a claw foot tub). Great screened-in porch for those evening board games or morning coffee.
Goose Rocks Beach is the best beach in Maine. A beautiful sandy 2-mile beach with abundant wildlife to enjoy. Just 10 minutes from the quaint villages of Cape Porpoise and Kennebunkport for shopping and dining.
Beach Chairs are provided.
Full-size washer and dryer.
A gas grill is next to the screened-in porch for evening BBQs.
Lots of Parking for cars and bikes!
This property is a family-owned home. We respect our guests' privacy, but we do use the ample parking to go to the beach. If you see vehicles parked on the fringes, it's just our family taking advantage of the beautiful beach!

We loved our stay at this charming beach cottage! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach—and the large property gave us plenty of space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The home was cozy, well-kept, and had everything we needed for a comfortable getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Great stay at an awesome location for a beach vacation, and the house had everything we needed. We especially loved all the gear needed for a lobster bake with the lobster farm just up to the street!

First of all, Stephanie was quick to respond with any questions prior to arrival and throughout our stay.
Secondly, the house is darling! Lots of space to sprawl out allowing privacy if needed with a larger group. The house closed off in multiple spots which was helpful to minimizing noise for our 2 yo daughter while sleeping (but also to others so when she woke up, it didn't disturb the rest of the guests). The screened in porch was wonderful for all meals and cocktails in the cool evenings. My in-laws came for dinner one evening and it held >10 of us which was nice to be outside but still enjoying each other.
Also, the house was well-stocked with dishes, large pots/pans, lobster pots/tools and serving dishes. A large dining table allowed for family gatherings without much issue. The breakfast bar was a bonus too for buffet style serving. Fridge is empty on arrival so will need the basics while grocery shopping prior to your arrival - FYI (Stephanie gave me the heads up so we were prepared).
The beach is an easy walk even with a 2 yo! Lots of beach chairs, sand toys and games in the basement which was a huge bonus! Will hopefully make this destination a tradition each summer - would highly recommend this place.
