About this cottage rental
Quintessential GRB cottage with modern amenities. Close to The Tides and beach, short walk to the General Store and GRBA. Spacious kitchen and family room, relaxing screened porch, clean comfortable bedrooms with new mattresses and large spacious yard with Adirondack chairs and a picnic table. Renting for 4 night minimums through Jun 19th, 7 night minimum (Fri-Fri) June 19th - Sept 4th. [Note that linens are not included - can rent through Cottage Linens or bring your own.]

We had a really fabulous time and enjoyed everything this wonderful house had to offer. It was well thought out and designed for family living and entertaining. We enjoyed the thoughtful touches like wireless chargers, pretty serving platters and the screened in porch. The host was easily reachable, helpful, and patient. The Maine House is a real gem in one of the greatest places on earth. We’re very much hoping to return for longer next year.

Fantastic experience from start to finish!
A carefully thought out and planned lay out of a beautiful beach cottage with all the extras one could ask for. Enough room and then some, while being mere steps from the best beach in the world. Thank you Freud family for sharing your special place with us, we can’t wait to book again!
