On the 4th floor out of 5, of a luxury building with elevator. Close to all amenities, located in the pedestrian zone.
The apartment is composed of an entrance, a bathroom with bathtub (washing machine), separate WC, kitchen open to living room (sofa bed), with large fridge / freezer, dishwasher, etc ... ), 1 spacious bedroom with 140 cm bed (possibility of adding an umbrella bed or 90 cm mattress at your disposal), Second bedroom with BZ.

300m de la plage, vu sur le port et ses restaurants. Garage un peu juste limite pour une routière style 308 et C4 ça passe mais plus grand ça passe pas. Super séjour.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einem modernen Objekt direkt am Hafen. Schöne Strände, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten erreicht.
Die Wohnung hat eine großzügige Ausstattung inkl. Klimaanlage und einen sehr schönen, großen Balkon mit Meerblick. Sehr zu empfehlen.
