We found the unit to be as advertised, clean, roomy, and convenient. It was nice to have a garage for the rental vehicle and all the amenties that you take for granted were available in the unit. For example, Keurig coffee system, coffee drip unit, 3 TV's, 2 patios with furniture, and so on. The neighbors were very friendly and approachable.

We were very disappointed. The apartment is dark with little natural light. It is located on a busy street near Indian School (a commercial corridor); approx half mile south of Camelback.
There is little natural light because windows face outdoor walls so we kept blinds drawn.
We encountered several annoying issues, ranging from broken kitchen faucet to a hole in brick surface on small patio, all of which owner or rental agent had to know about.
