About this cottage rental
"La Sellerie": outbuilding of the Château de la Voreille, independent, opening onto a stone terrace of 38 m² and an adjoining plot, overlooking the Estate where you can observe the owner's ponies.
Possibility of fishing on site (2ha pond). Conditions to be discussed with the
owner.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday unless agreed with the owner
First floor: living room-kitchen-living room (wood stove, television).
On the 1st floor: attic bedroom (1 double bed of 160) with open shower room and closed toilet.
Electric heating.
Laundry room (Washing machine).
Private parking.
Internet access.
Electricity: 8 kw per day, supplement to be paid at the end of the stay if exceeded (EDF rate)
Options (to be discussed with the owner):
- End-of-stay cleaning fee: €40
- Bed linen rental/person/stay: 10 €
- Towels/person/stay: 10 €
- Pets: €25 per pet
- Wood/price per stere: 60 €
