Small, comfy cottage in a very peaceful location
Clean, comfortable and well-equipped little cottage. In the middle of the countryside which was therefore very peaceful. Friendly welcome which was also extended to our dog. Small, gated garden with outside furniture for dining and relaxing. Interesting walks directly from the cottage along tracks and quiet roads. Locally sourced breakfast items were provided which was not only very kind but very much appreciated. Fresh flowers from the garden were left in the rooms which was a nice touch.
The nearest town was a fair distance away but once you have your provisions, the cottage becomes an ideal escape!

I wish I stayed longer... A peaceful spot that felt like a real break from the road and the rush
A peaceful, quiet spot that felt like a real break from the road and the rush. The place itself was spacious, really clean, and full of thoughtful little touches that made it feel instantly welcoming. We found bread, cereal, milk, tea, even homemade jam waiting for us. We could really feel the care that went into setting everything up. The owner was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Honestly, it was one of those unexpected stops that ends up being a highlight of the trip. Totally worth the detour off the main road if you're looking for some calm, fresh air, a good reset, and genuine, heart-warming smiles and care. Thank you so much, Martine!!!

English charm in the French countryside!
Transplanted Brits (by way of New Zealand), Martine and her husband live right next door an have made their wonderful adjoining unit a charming place to spend the night. There is a large bedroom upstairs with a modern, clean and well appointed bathroom. Downstairs you have a small living space with a cute kitchen and even a clothes washer. It might be a bit tight for a family but two big Americans found it to be spot on. The front yard has a large table with an umbrella and there is hardly a better spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Speaking of coffee, Martine leaves you an ample supply with multiple ways to produce it...drip, press, etc. She even leaves you a real bottle of milk and some fresh bread, butter and jams. Everything you love, nothing you don't. The thing that really won us over was her excellent restaurant recommendation a couple of kilometers away outside of the next village. Wow x 10! Thank you!
    Nothing.

The best B&B we ever stayed
The place was very beautiful. Everything was arranged to make it feel very cozy and homey. The owners were also very friendly. It’s a bit in the middle of nowhere but it’s very quiet and peaceful there. The house block is very beautiful feels like a fairy tale neighbourhood. 😄
The place is a bit hard to get but what you get worth the effort.

    We felt at home.
There was a full milk carton, cereal boxes and croissants waiting for us when we arrived famished. We were able to buy supplies for dinner from Martine (the host) as we were too late to go to shop or restaurant. The place was impeccably clean and comfy. There were every sort of thing you could need for a comfortable stay with children - TV, Cable connection, CDs, books, board games etc. Kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, cutlery, tea, coffee, sugar and even hot chocolate for my boy. We were happily surprised to find a washing machine, washing supplies and a clothes drying rack. We felt instantly at home and the hosts were the most sweet and lovely people. They had the patience to answer all our non stop enquiries.

    Very good
Its rather of the track but i found it easily. In the countryside. Lovely cottage with all mod cons. Great to have real milk left and breakfast items. Even butter. Very comfortable. The owners really friendly and accommodating.
Nothing really. Just a bit out of the way down small roads.
