About this chalet rental
We bought this chalet in 2013.
Previously it was also a seasonal rental. It is a chalet on 2 levels. On the ground floor the basement includes the garage for its half allowing to shelter 2 cars or a large one. In the other part a newly created room can accommodate 2 people. It consists of a 140 bed and storage. Next to it is a second bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet which complements comfort. The cellar includes a washing machine, a sink and a water heater. The level of the first floor is completely made of wood. The ground floor access leads to the entrance via a paved driveway. It is possible to access by an external or internal staircase from the basement which leads to the kitchen area.
The adjoining American kitchen with the living room includes the dishwasher and integrated oven, 2 electric hotplates and 2 gases as well as the microwave and fridge freezer
. As an extension, it is the dining room with its sitting area, TV, DVD player with which you can view DVDs of the region which will guide you for your visits on site and free wifi access.
The room opens onto a large balcony where you can contemplate the surrounding landscape.
Two bedrooms are each furnished with a 140 bed and storage. There is the possibility of adding a folding bed for a baby.
The bathroom has a closed shower cubicle and sink as well as a storage cupboard. The toilets are independent of the bathroom. The VMC ensures the ventilation of these rooms.
The heating is done by electric convectors. Electricity is due according to consumption and meter reading arrival, departure. the average is € 60 in winter for the week. A wood fireplace comfort your evenings with good warmth.
A reserve of wood for 12 € can be provided.
Outside there is a terrace area with garden furniture, parasol and barbecue as well as a sandpit for the little ones.

Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Objektes ist herrlich und optimal als Ausgangspunkt für Rad- und Wandertouren. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber, geräumig und die Küche top ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Terrasse mit Grillmöglichkeit und der Balkon bieten schöne, gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Die Garage ist genial zum Abstellen der Fahrräder plus Auto. Sehr zu empfehlen ist die kleine Bäckerei ums Eck mit ausgezeichnetem Baguette.
