About this chalet rental

Individual chalet: ground floor and first floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 cot plus double sofa bed in the main room). Sleeping possibility: 7 people. Living room, fitted kitchen area, shower room, electric heating, grounds, charges included. Individual chalet on private land near the village of Saulxures and its lake. Leisure activities will be plentiful according to the season: hiking, skiing, greenway (old railway line fitted out for bikes, rollerblades ...). Food shop, doctor 200 m.

Nicely layed out chalet. Host was very welcoming and excepting of our dog. Was able to escape the heat too as tiled floor and good windows to keep heat out.

The small chalet run by Anne Marie is nice, enough space for a family of 4 and a dog. The property was clean upon our arrival, Anne Marie takes very good care of it and is very communicative. However, for the sake of transparency, I would have appreciated to know from the info at Vrbo that bedding and towels are charged extra. Other than that, 5 stars

We (a family of 5 and a dog) stayed 2 nights on the way to Switzerland from the UK. The Chalet is lovely and in a wonderful location. Lovely walks and activites direct from the door. Great communication with Anne Marie.

We spent a lovely family holiday in this chalet. It was just the right size for our group (4 adults and 1 child). The location is good - a short walk to town and 30 min walk to the excellent swimming lake. The chalet had all the facilities we needed, we particularly enjoyed sitting outside and having BBQs in the evening. It was cheaper and more spacious than the cabins in the local campsite, and quieter too. The surrounding area is well worth exploring - great for swimming, hiking and cycling, and much less crowded than the Alps.
