We loved the villa and its outside space: palm trees, shade, new sun loungers, a table tennis table, lovely grounds.
The terrace was great for meals - complete with electric shades to keep the sun away.
The villa is lovely inside, but there are a lot of marble steps, so be careful with young children.
Our kids loved Keshi, the villa cat. She is very friendly.
The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
The road up to the villa is steep and narrow - takes some getting used to! But the roads around the villa are very quiet.
We found the bedrooms uncomfortably warm at night, even though we had a fan, so we did not sleep well. The only negative of the week.
There's plenty to do and see in Sete and round about. Lovely area!

Beautiful house, very well equipped, with the best pool of any house we have rented. Very helpful owner responding instantly to some minor problems
But there is a good walk (1km and 150m height gain) from the nearest shops and beach. Guests either need a car (which most will have) or largely stay in the house and pool. Taxis proved difficult to find!

Wonderful property. Pool excellent and clean and at a good temperature. Clean, well presented and kitchen well catered for. Lots of steps in and around property. Road to property steep and narrow. It may be a 10 minute walk downhill to the beach but you would not make it back up! For our group, the property provided a wonderful experience and we were happy to drive a few minutes to the beach front, harbour and restaurants. Secure parking at property and secure grounds. Overall the property is presented as home from home, very stylish and a real pleasure to stay in.
