About this villa rental
Located in the fishing port of SETE, the "Venice of Languedoc", the villa is located between the sea and the pond of Thau. Recently built, with an area of 180 m2, the luxury villa is fully air conditioned, facing south and decorated with large and many terraces. It has a large living room with large windows with panoramic views of the sea and Mont St Clair, 4 bedrooms including 2 large master bedroom, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets and a garage for one car. It is furnished with brand name furniture, equipped with TV and Netflix, a stereo, internet connection, games, DVD. 2 canoes, 1 table tennis table, 4 bicycles, 1 indoor elliptical trainer, beach equipment and linen (sheets, duvets, towels) are provided. In the immediate vicinity of the villa, there is a sports course, children's games, beach volleyball and petanque courts, beach restaurants, a sailing school, a bus stop leading to the city center, a track cyclabe leading to Cap d'Agde and the pond of THAU. Séte is an ideal starting point to visit the hinterland.

Great location for the beach. Very spacious house but a few problems weren’t sorted that well. The property wasn’t ready when we arrived 4.5 hours after check-in and the host tended to come and spend an hour hours sorting things out including watering plants inside and out when he was sorting out problems. The shower in one room smelled in the morning for a week and we were eventually asked to put a circle is something over the drain to stop the smell! Over priced

This home is amazing!
Jean Luc met us day one and helped us settle in, he explained the wifi, nearby places to eat. We were there for Bastille Day and the best place in Sete to watch the fireworks was right from our balcony!
The home large and airy, very well equipt with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. The glass doors open fully so you feel like you are extending the inside to the outdoors. The location can't be beat. a path right beside the house leads to the beach. Right on the bike path (there were 5 bikes in the shed for us to enjoy), and only a 15 min bike ride into the harbor. The views are breathtaking. Even a koi pond. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you jean Luc!

This is a lovely property in a great location, very close to wonderful beach and plentiful restaurants and bars, easy to get to shops especially with the onsite bikes, and not over busy would recommend to all, Jean-Luc and Denise were very courteous.
