Peaceful setting for the perfect stay

Lovely lodge, great location, look forward to the next trip!

lovely lodge, with nice space around. it was warm and comfortable. lovely seating area at the front. nicely decorated. There was a nice welcome gift. Blankets were put over the furniture as we took our Labrador- this was very welcome as it made us feel like the owners understood the trip and helped us keep dog hairs to a minimum.

If we have to say something, there could have been some more kitchen utensils, eg big spoons. But when you stretch to this, it shows how good the lodge is.

Nice cabin, would return if the heating was fixed

lovely cozy cabin, also came with a free bottle of wine which was a nice touch

The heating and lack of storage space for food. The cabin couldn’t retain its heat, therefore the heating had to come on every 10-15 minutes. Unfortunately we had to turn it off during the night as it was so noisy! Woke up to a very cold cabin. Lots of cupboards in the kitchen, however they were all full, only space was one draw. Also an extra blanket would have been appreciated.

Lovely stay could have been a little cleaner, the heating relied on booster to be warm

Beautiful location set up to see sunset and sunrise. Bed was comfortable and the seats were good.

The top plates had good wage in them and the cooker and hob were greasey Either I was unable to use the hob properly or there was an issue with turning the correct hob on.

Very good

Absolutely loved the location, very dog friendly, beautiful views and terrific dog walking facilities. Excellent bathroom and kitchen, very comfy bed and good quality bedding and extra pillows.

The sofa was not comfortable and too low and small for our needs. Would have liked a toilet brush and toiletries but understand these may have been removed due to COVID

Very good

Beautifully clean. Good large bathroom with a shower and bath. Great location on a working farm. Bottle of wine left in lodge.

Sofa was a bit uncomfortable and would benefit from upgrading. A small table and chairs outside on the veranda would have been nice to sit and enjoy the lovely view. There was a wooden bench.
