Rural retreat

This accommodation was a really lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable apartment above a garage, having everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Parking was right next to the door inside the garage as a carport. The host, Dianne, also provided complimentary marshmellow chocolates, chips and wine. The location was perfect, central to explore Northumberland's beaches, castles and national park. We would definitely recommend this place.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. Providing toiletries would have been appreciated but not having them certainly didn't put us off. We would stay again.

Clean, well equipped and very comfortable bed. Loved that it is dog friendly.

The shower head did not fit into the holder properly and made showering difficult. Everything else was brilliant, so this was out of keeping with the very high standard of everything else.

Warm welcome from the host with lights left on to greet me Milk left in the fridge. Comfortable bed. Well appointed apartment on a quiet road just outside the village of Longframlington. Dedicated parking spot outside the apartment. Lovely shower and bathroom.

Nothing to dislike.

Location was good for visiting our horse competing at Alnwick horse trials as it was two minutes away!

Noisy road, difficult parking and definitely not a rural retreat. Basic facilities and no welcome pack. Was supposed to be dog friendly but no dog bowls etc provided.
