In peace, all the year, very nice home any comfort on big open ground of 1000 m ² giving a clear view on the surrounding countryside.
At 900m altitude Fohet (common AYDAT 63970) is an authentic Auvergnat village in the heart of the production area of the famous cheese Saint-Nectaire south of the chain of Puys (World Heritage of UNESCO in July 2018) .
ACTIVITIES ON SITE:
Located 4 kms from the AYDAT lake, 65 hectares, the largest natural lake in Auvergne, a tourist center and renowned outdoor resort, a whole range of activities is offered in all seasons.
Water activities: sailing base, catamarans, rowing, canoeing, paddle boarding, windsurfing, paddle boats, snorkeling ...
Angling (school in season), lakes Aydat, Cassière, Servières and Guéry and in streams and rivers (Couzes, Allier)

The house with a surface of 80m ² is on one level (on a large basement), accessible by a staircase.
It consists of a large living / dining room with fully equipped kitchen.
Bathroom with bath.
A room with a bed 140 (new bedding)
One bedroom with two beds in 90 (new bedding)
An independent toilet
A storeroom / laundry room with washing machine
To the south and west a large terrace with garden furniture, relax chairs and barbecue.
Vehicle parking is easy in front of the house. Motorcycles or bicycles in the garage.
CONVENIENT:
The cottage is unfortunately not accessible to people with reduced mobility
The rental is non smoking. Animals are not allowed
Internet connection and WIFI available
Heating is included. Sheets and linen are not provided (rental on request)
End of stay cleaning on request. Deposit: 200 €
