In the heart of the Sancy massif, the detached, single-storey house, completely renovated in 2019, located in the small hamlet of Coste Aider, 3 km from the village of Saint-Diéry, is ideal for holidays in the great outdoors between lakes and mountains. You will savor the tranquility of the large plot with mountain views ... Covering an area of 70 m², the gite is composed of a kitchen, open onto a pleasant bright living room and, on a private terrace. You will enjoy a large living room with sofa, TV, DVD player, plenty of storage; a well-equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine ... a baby kit (high chair, bath, cot, potty) on request, as well as 2 bedrooms (with a double bed of 140 in each as well as a bed of 80); a bathroom with a large shower, a sink and a separate toilet. Outside, you will have a large terrace with an outdoor table and a barbecue, as well as private parking in front of the gîte for at least 2 vehicles.
