About this house rental
Stone house from 1904, completely renovated, modern and quality interior. Fenced and planted land. Close to Cahors and St Cirq Lapopie (elected most beautiful village in France in 2012).

Above-ground swimming pool, 7.32 X 3.50 X 1.33M.
Lean-to of 70M2 which can accommodate 2 cars, or to eat in the shade (covered barbecue).
Ping pong table, archery, darts, net and badmington set.
Bedroom 1: 1 160 bed (quality bedding), 1 baby bed (on request), TV, air conditioning.
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds (quality bedding), 1 extra bed, TV
Modern kitchen: fully equipped, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, all built-in.
Living room: corner sofa, large 127 cm TV, DVD.
Shower room 1: double sink, shower, WC, washing machine, dryer.
Shower room 2: WC + sink.
The 2500 m2 property is fully fenced and secured by a gate at the entrance.
This one is planted with fruit trees, honey trees, vines, lavender, as well as spices at your disposal (thyme, rosemary, sage, mint ...).
For 2 years now garden squares have been at your disposal, (strawberries, salads, tomatoes, zucchini, leeks, beets, parsley, basil, chives ....) serve yourself, it's for you.
Visits nearby: the Pech Merle caves, the hallage path, Saint Cirq Lapopie, the Cènevieres castle, CAHORS, the Rocamadour caves, the monkey forest, the rock of the eagles, the Gramat animal park, Sarlat. ..
Nearby activities: Descent in canoe kayak, caving, climbing, adventure course, Ulm, karting, mountain biking, swimming and stroll in the VERS.

We spent a glorious week here in mid October. It is the perfect place to explore this fabulous area. The accommodation occupies the top 2 floors of this well renovated house. The ground floor was empty so we had the entire place to ourselves (it might be worth checking if this is always the case.)The accommodation is spacious, well equipped and very clean and well presented. The furnishings and beds are comfortable and the lighting is very pleasing. There is a TV in each of the bedrooms and an extra large one in the living room, although the channels are limited as it is not a smart TV, which is a shame. The reason is that there is no Wi-Fi. If we had realised this we probably would not have booked here, and that would have been a real shame. We just bought more mobile phone data and that worked well for us. We always travel with our own entertainment downloaded onto USB so it was not a problem at all. The garden is lovely and has many outside seating areas.Lastly, and not least, Sophie was welcoming and friendly and eager to help with anything we needed.

wer Ruhe sucht und trotzdem nicht auf alle Annehmlichkeiten
verzichten möchte ist hier genau richtig.
Ein Haus mit Liebe zum Detail. Man fühlt sich gleich zu Hause.
