Wonderful stay - beautiful property 1 min to beach, so relaxing with the perfect layout for friends or family. I love this house!
We brought our own sheets and towels, perfect for us and we preferred to pay the cleaning fee very reasonable.

Really nice property. Great location and 1 minute from the beach. Like a few other comments it would be good if listing clearly stated cleaning costs (100 euros) and that if you don’t bring bedding there would be a further unknown cost. We took our own bedding and towels, and when we informed the property manager she seemed upset!

Hier zahlt man für die Lage. Für das Haus selbst wäre die Hälfte des Preises angemessen. Das Haus ist absolut sauber und komfortabel. Die elektrischen Geräte, die Einrichtung sowie Haus & Ausstattung sind aber etwas "in die Jahre" gekommen, wenn auch voll funktionstüchtig. Das Haus ist von der Besitzerin liebevoll eingerichtet. Zum Teil macht es aber den Eindruck einer "Gartenlaube" (bzw. Cabane de Pecheur). Schlösser und Fenster (etc.) sind schon ein wenig "wackelig". Es gibt WLAN und 2 Fernseher, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Trockner sowie einen Induktionsherd (mit Ofen).
Das Meer kann man hören, aber nicht vom Haus aus sehen. Der Strand ist in 2-3 Minuten erreichbar. Es geht eher flach rein, mit vielen Steinen und "Stufen" - daher ist es ratsam bei Flut Badeschuhe zu tragen (sonst verletzt man sich). Bei Ebbe zieht sich das Meer fast 200 m zurück. Für kleine Kinder ein Eldorado, um in den Tümpeln zu spielen. Für größere Kinder eher nicht so geeignet - außer sie surfen (Welle oder Kite). In den nächsten Ort sind es ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Rad - dort gibt es alles, was man braucht. Insgesamt sind die Radwege top auf der Insel.
Wir (2 Erw., 2 Jugendliche) hatte eine super Zeit auf der Ile-de-Re. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz. Man kann sich sehr gut selbst versorgen, es ist alles vorhanden! Die Betten waren okay, Bettzeug muss man selber mitbringen (sonst Aufpreis). Die Übergaben waren gut organisiert und sympathisch, alles "easy". Es muss eine Kaution hinterlegt werden, die man (wenn alles in Ordnung ist) am Ende zurück bekommt.
Wie bereits gesagt, der Preis ist im Sommer recht hoch und allein über die Lage zu rechtfertigen!
