Upstairs: a relaxing living room with sea view and balcony.

In the heart of the Bigouden country, the Pointe de la Torche is an impressive natural peninsula. Beaten by the winds, it is a spot known by surf lovers and hikers who come to discover its megalithic sites. Come there in spring, the point is covered with multicoloured tulips.
La pointe de la Torche or Beg an Dorchenn, in Breton, means 'the tip of the mound'. The Torch is a rocky spur, a wild land that borders the Bay of Audierne to the south. A site at the end of the world, steep but so beautiful. Run there between March and April. On malaria, whole fields of tulips are cultivated there. It feels like Holland! Certainly the best time of year to go there.
Take advantage of your visit to La Torche to discover the bay of Audierne. Several kilometres long, it is a protected environment. Its particularity? A long pebble beach, the Ero Vili, which borders the sea. A haven of peace for birds, which is one of the first French migratory areas.
Saint-guenole, the main port of Penmarc'h is the first French sardine port and the Bigouden area (Guilvinec, Penmarc'h, Lesconil and Loctudy) is the main artisanal fishing area, which is why fishing is very active in the Bigouden area.
