Our 43 m2 apartment is located in a 4-hectare park, 300m walk from the seaside. In the residence you will enjoy the swimming pool heated to 26 ° and a siesta in the shade of old trees. On the apartment's terrace, on the 4th floor, not overlooked, you will enjoy the peace and the unobstructed view of the park at aperitif and meal times.

Nice apartment on 4th Floor overlooking the pools. Large balcony. Underground parking. Easy walking distance of beach and restaurants. Couple of minor issues. Kitchen tap need fixing as it was loose and the kitchen unit light was hanging down. No big deal. A lovely time

Jag och min familj stortrivdes i lägenheten, vi fick bra hjälp vid ankomst och där fanns allt man kunde önska sig. Vi kommer gärna hit igen!

If pool is not open then it should be clear on listing . Four adults should be given 4 proper large bath towels and not 2 large and 2 small ( equivalent to bath mat size).
Bin disposals at basement but that is not clear . Light bulbs and broken fittings need replacing .
