An independent house in a walled garden. A very quiet area, 2 steps from the Meuse and the Nature but also Sedan (shops, restaurants, tourist office ....)
Loop Meuse, it is a cottage that allows you to stay at 2 steps from nature (Meuse, Greenway, hiking trails) and Belgium (Bouillon ...), 2 km from Sedan and its castle,, 20 km from Charleville Mézières (Ducale place, Rimbaud museum ...).
Very comfortable, in summer as in winter (south orientation, central heating ...). It allows to rest. (house of 160 m² and its garden of 350 m² fenced, totally yours, good distribution of rooms giving space.
The house consists of a ground floor with one bedroom (the Scandinavian bedroom) which has its own bathroom and toilet.
The other 2 bedrooms are on the 1st floor, with bathroom and toilet.
We prepare ourselves the rooms (beds, towels), allowing you to relax upon arrival.
User-friendly thanks to the lounge which has 2 large leather sofas, to its open and well equipped kitchen, overlooking the dining area with a bar. WIFI keeps you connected.
In the adjoining annex to the house has been arranged a games room on the ground floor (ping pong and elliptic bike). The 1st floor of the annex is not used.
The design style of its decoration and its fully enclosed garden of 350 sqm will delight you.
Well equipped, this cottage will allow you to relax and access to multiple activities with family and friends, in the cottage (ping pong, elliptical bike) and nearby (hiking, 3 bikes and fishing in the immediate vicinity of the House). At 100 meters from the house, passes the Greenway tarred towpath along the Meuse that allows bikes to get to Charleville Mézières and Sedan without difficulty (forbidden road to any motor vehicle). Possibility to rent extra bicycles.
A 3 km, you have restaurants, shops such as bakeries, butchers, caterers and supermarkets ... in Sedan.
Enjoy the quiet and comfort of this vacation rental located on the edge of town, near the Nature, 200 meters from the Greenway: WiFi, gym, good bedding, beds made upon arrival, 1 sheet bath per person available. At your request, you will have a baby equipment (umbrella 2 beds possible, bath, high chair). For children a little larger, a security barrier may be established on demand.
