About this house rental

Renovated in 2017, in the town center of a pretty village in the Valley of the Indre located 15 kms of towers and LOCHES, with garden and private parking.
Amenities at foot, municipal swimming pool 300 m in July and August.
At the heart of the Touraine and the vineyards, ideally located for visiting the castles, wineries, Futuroscope (1 hour), the Beauval ZOO (40 minutes), it is also possible to enjoy many other activities for the enjoyment of all (the loire by bike, hiking trails, canoe, park for children).

The House is independent and composed:
Of a DRC (30 m2): entrance, large room (TV, wifi, sofa bed 2 places...) with new kitchen (plate, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave...). WC and space with washing machine.
A mansard room (15 m2): double room with bed 2 persons 140 and a bed of 90, bathroom (shower). Kit available.

The rate includes bed linen.

Just the right size and so convenient for visiting the area.Very useful to have an boulangerie within walking distance. Saturday market and small supermarket in the village, as well as one a few miles away. Our hosts were so friendly and exceptionally helpful. Thanks Valerie and Jean- Pierre.

We loved this clean and comfortable gite. Our hosts, Jean Pierre and Valerie went out of their way to be hospitable and we enjoyed the Rose with them on their patio! They even went out of their way to help with dinner reservations! Would highly recommend this location.

Perfect Gite. Facilities were great, very comfortable and quiet. The property was clean and the owners are lovely. The garden is not private as it is part of the owners garden, but you did not feel overlooked. The owners were very conscious of your space. Great location for getting out and about. You had to mind the beams in the bedroom but added to the quirkiness. It is in a quiet village, nice to walk around. Would go back again

A fantastic property, beautifully furnished, in a lovely location near to the sights of the Touraine

We are a family of four and have just returned from a wonderful week in Esvres. The hosts were extremely kind and generous, giving us very helpful tips and information on places to visit. They were always available if we needed anything but were also unobtrusive, giving us a sense of privacy. The property has been beautifully restored and is tastefully furnished. It is very well-equipped with everything you need. There is a small but lovely garden equipped with a bar-b-que and comfortable garden furniture. There is ample space for relaxing and, although situated within the owner's garden, it still feels very private. Opposite the house on the forecourt there is parking. There are local amenities close by in the pretty village including a very good bakery and pizzeria. There is also a local outdoor swimming pool. The property is in easy reach by road of all the sights that the Touraine has to offer, including the chateaux, the lakes and beautiful walks by the Loire and Indre - we found it very easy to explore the area.. We would highly recommend this property and we look forward to returning there.

Lovely, well equipped small cottage in a great location

This lovely cottage is situated within the grounds of the owner's property but provided enough privacy and space as to feel separate. It has recently been renovated and everything is to a high standard. Unfortunately we didn't get to utilise the outdoor space due to the weather but there is a BBQ and outdoor seating. Esvres is a small, quiet town but very pretty with a good market on Saturday. There is also a boulangerie, small bar and a couple restaurants. It is located on the Indre cycle route, part of which we did. There are bikes to hire from the owners. It's also within driving distance to lots of castles, we visit Chenonceau which was brilliant. The accommodation was very well equipped for everything we needed. Valerie and Jean Pierre were very hospitable and friendly, they wanted to ensure that we had a good stay and were more than happy to offer tips about the local area. We appreciated the bottle of cold Rosé, left for us in the fridge when we arrived at 11pm after a long drive! The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. We enjoyed meeting Valerie, Jean Pierre, their children and buoyant dog and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property. Merci!

Valérie et Jean-Pierre sont très attentifs au confort de leurs locataires. Le gîte est très propre, très joli et dispose de tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour parfait. Très bien situé, nous avons pu visiter de nombreux châteaux à proximité (environ 30 minutes en moyenne).Et les activités ne manquent pas dans cette belle région (vélo, canoë, randonnée, châteaux, sites historiques, ...). Valérie sera de très bon conseil pour vous guider dans votre découverte des environs.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Esvres. Le gîte est parfaitement situé (au calme et commerces à proximité), très bien équipé (rien ne manque pour un séjour d'une semaine). Il faut surtout souligner la qualité de l'accueil par les propriétaires très avenants et à l'écoute. À recommander chaleureusement.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette belle maison récemment rénovée et joliment décorée. Niveau équipement, il y a tout ce qu'il faut : lave-vaisselle, lave linge, micro-ondes, barbecue... Les propriétaires Jean-Pierre et Valérie sont très accueillants et font tout pour rendre le séjour parfait. La ville d'Esvres est idéalement située pour découvrir les châteaux de la Loire. Si nous revenons dans la région, nous reprendrons cette location sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, la maison est très jolie et très bien équipée, tout est neuf! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de bon conseil pour visiter les environs. L'endroit est très calme et à proximité de tout (Amboise, Beauval, Chenonceau, ...) Bref, c'est parfait pour un séjour alliant détente et visite de la région !
