La Neuraie, a haven of peace in the heart of Loire Valley châteaux country. This 150 m² cottage is completely independent and features a private, unfenced 2000 m² garden with no overlooking neighbors. Ground floor: living room (wood-burning stove, TV), fully equipped kitchen (with breakfast bar opening onto the living room), 1 bedroom (double bed, shower room with toilet), separate toilet. First floor: 1 spacious bedroom (queen bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), large landing, bathroom with toilet. Wi-Fi access. Electric heating (extra charge based on meter reading). Bicycle storage. Firewood available at an extra cost. Françoise, the owner and a passionate oenophile, will be delighted to share her love of fine wines and her favorite spots in the Loire Valley. This is a non-smoking cottage. Located in a former 18th-century farmhouse, fully restored in 2019, this charming cottage captivates guests with its setting and chic country atmosphere. If birdsong pleases you, then don't hesitate for a moment. What a joy to enjoy their melodious chirping in this perfect spot for a holiday or a short break, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The large grounds at your disposal offer breathtaking views of the countryside, ideal for relaxation or activities with children. Just 15 minutes from the A10 motorway, and ideally located for visiting the Loire Valley châteaux (Loches, Chenonceau, Amboise, Chambord, Villandry, Azay-le-Rideau, etc.), the Beauval Zoo, and wine cellars, you'll have no shortage of ideas for excursions to the gems of Touraine. Numerous hiking and cycling routes are available in the surrounding area. For a unique and fascinating visit, the Tauxigny Astronomical Observatory is also well worth a detour.
