Villa in a very quiet area near the village of braids about 10 mm from the center of Bordeaux
This villa is located due south on a plot of 900 m2 it has 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with full bathroom and 160 cm bed dressing and new bedding plus two other bedrooms 1 with a 160 cm bed and a bedroom with a 140cm 2WC separate bed
Large living room and kitchen with air conditioning, with bay windows overlooking the pool and the garden with palm trees, olive trees and flowers
Large covered outdoor terrace + awning in 2 parts one for lunch with garden furniture for 8 people and the other part a large Moroccan style lounge for the evening aperitif
Salt pool 10x5m with a large pool house around the pool with shower, WC, separate. Bar and. Fridge
Private parking for 2 cars, free wifi, sheets and towels provided
20mm from the town of Saint Emilion and its world famous vineyards and less than an hour from the beaches of Arcachon Basin, the Pyla dune and the Atlantic Ocean.

This was a beautiful large family home ive never stayed in a place that was so well equipped you wanted for nothing here beautiful space outside and inside the hosts Arlette and Serge were the most friendly and lovely couple i have ever met nothing was to much trouble for them they are there to greet you and to see you off we got around the language barrier by good old google transate we were a family of 5 adults and a 2 yr old and we didnt feel we were crammed in there was so much space and the great sized pool you definitely need a car to get out and about the area is very quiet and peaceful which we loved there is supermarkets in either direction but we found the super u drive was the best one to buy things for our dairy free grandson there is a smart tv in the lounge we took our firestick with us mainly for the todder but we felt totally relaxed and recharged from this holiday so thank you Arlette and Serge for the use of your beautiful home

Beautiful garden and great pool. House very comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed the area and easy access to the airport.
