Fantastic villa in an elevated position with great views. 8 of us stayed, 4 adults 4 children and the villa worked very well for us. Pool was excellent, plancha to cook on and the kitchen had all the equipment needed. Beaches were 10-15 mins away and Bormes les Mimosas centre is about 10 mins so great location, would thoroughly recommend.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks in Bormes Les Mimosas. The house is in a very large secluded plot with fantastic views but close enough for easy access to Bormes, Levandou as well as the beaches and vineyards of Cap Bernat. We very much hope to come back!

Magnificent & tranquil villa overlooking the coast

This year we opted for a 3 week stay at this magnificent villa! This was our 4th year in the region and the location, the standards are incredibly high! The villa is nearby amenities with most delightful boulangerie only a 5 minute drive from the tranquil setting of the villa which is surrounded by vineyards and views of Bormes-les-Mimosas to one side, peaceful mountains to the other and right ahead the view to the sea and coast town of Le Lavandou (10 minute drive). St Tropez is only 40km, and Toulon is about 40 minute drive away which makes it so convenient. The villa is perfect for families and friends, there is a game room with a table tennis and ample of space in the well maintained garden to the front of the house overlooking the bay. There is plenty of space to be secluded, easy to move around the villa and the grounds and there is always space to have some peace and quiet by the pool while someone is playing boules in the garden for example! The swimming pool is incredible, with views to the sea and surrounded by greenery - completely secluded and private. We highly recommend this villa for a perfect holiday around the French riviera, with many amenities nearby such as local shops, supermarkets, plenty of outstanding beaches with crystal clear waters (15 minute drive!) with much wine sampling to be had around the regions finest vineyards! From hiking, to island hopping to simply relaxing in the peace and quiet of your friends company - this villa has it all! And we are already planning our return for 2016!!!

Fantastic villa situated on a hill overlooking local vineyards and port of Le Lavandou. With 280 degree views of green hills, the town of Bormes whose pretty lights glisten in the evenings - incredibly peaceful and tranquil. The local bakery is a 5 minute drive with nearest supermarket being same distance, Le Lavandou is only 10/15 minute drive from the villa from where you can get a ferry to the nearby islands for just over 20 EURO. The villa is well equipped with 3 large bedrooms, a newly fitted kitchen as well as an fantastic pool with views out to sea and green hills all around - secluded and not overlooked. This was our 3rd year back to the villa having found its location perfectly situated only 10 minute drive to sandy white beaches of L'Estagnol and Perpignan. The holiday villa is very well maintained and beautiful veranda/garden is blooming with beautiful flowers and likewise has stunning views out to riviera - waking up to the sun rising over the sea was a beautiful sight worth waking up early for everyday! Would highly recommend this to families and couples, having space to entertain in one area as well as be at comfort of feeling separate from main house if you wanted to go for a hike up the mountain or relax by the pool. We will definitely be returning for the 4th year in a row, when you have only a week or two to holiday in a year this certainly makes for a perfect holiday!

Das Haus liegt außerhalb der Ortschaft Bormes-Les-Limosas in völliger Abgeschiedenheit. Dennoch braucht man nur wenige Minuten zum nächsten Bäcker, zum Supermarkt oder der Strandpromenade. Die Aussicht auf die Bucht und das Meer ist ein echtes Highlight am Abend und bei Nacht, genauso wie der Blick auf die umliegenden Ortschaften. Das Haus selber ist sehr großzügig und geräumig, und bietet alles, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Der Pool ist groß und sauber, die Außenmöbel alle sehr neuwertig. Man erkennt sofort, dass in den letzten Jahren einige Räume renoviert wurden, und das Haus dürfte noch schöner sein, wenn auch die letzten Räume einen neuen Anstrich erhalten haben. Vermieter und Helfer vor Ort waren immer erreichbar und haben bei auftretenden Fragen sofort Lösungen angeboten. Danke auch für den Tipp zum Bootsverleih (Novaloc), Christian!! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Na een lange reis met veel omleidingen een eerste nacht in een hotel in Avignon om de dag daarna nog twee uurtjes naar ons nieuwe vakantiehuis te rijden. De omgeving is voor ons bekend, het huis nog een verrassing. Met een prima routebeschrijving rond 16.00 uur aangekomen bij ons huis. Nog even wachten op Bernard en na een korte, hartelijke ontvangst konden we ons gaan settelen. Wat een heerlijk huis!! Zoveel pluspunten; oa de airco, het geweldige zwembad de wifi en natuurlijk het fantastische uitzicht. Wij (4 volwassenen) hebben twee weken in volledige (Covid)rust het drukke, voorliggende jaar achter ons gelaten. Iedere avond thuis op het terras gegeten met een elektrische bbq voor een stukje vlees of vis. Een huis om zeker nog eens terug te komen!

Comme le titre l’indique : le résumé de nos vacances et de cette villa sont inoubliables Les propriétaires la famille Nargaud sont dévoués et au petits soins pour leurs vacanciers. A notre arrivée : une barrette de capsules Nespresso , un rosé du pays B , de l’eau plate et eau gazeuse, produits ménager de nécessité poubelles , capsules de lave vaisselle. Merci Bertrand pour ce chaleureux accueil ! Concernant la villa , la point fort est le panorama ! Un recueil de paix et d’excellence !! Et surtout de calme! Vous déjeunerez au soleil , vous mangerez à l’abris grâce au store banne toujours avec cette vue inoubliable à 180 degrés et souper à l’ombre Le jardin grand est large qui permet de flâner profitez bronzer avec ses deux bains de soleil et savourer le paysage avec le banc sous le platane, de faire des jeux avec enfants foot etc ... La piscine est très propre, sécurisée grâce au rideau et sa localisation retirée par quelques marches... Ce qui est encore plus sécurisant quand on a des enfants et qu’on instaure des règles de ne pas dépasser le grand jardin , en juin la piscine était à 26 degrés et un pisciniste vient 2 fois par semaine. La piscine est adulte oui mais des enfants même 1m d’eau ils peuvent se noyer ... Un parasol grand est pratique, un pouf big bao pratique pour les enfants et 4 bains de soleil Peu importe le moment de la journée chaque personne y trouve son bonheur au soleil ou à l’ombre des arbres ou du parasol La maison est grande , trois chambres dont deux climatisées. La maison reste fraîche si on laisse les volets fermes ce qui est logique et les climatisations des deux chambres + salon et buanderies font le confort Si vous avez un bébé un lit parapluie est à disposition etc La logistique est irréprochable : grand salon , salle à manger, véranda avec table de Ping Pong, douche séparée , salle de bain avec baignoire, double vasques , cuisine équipée avec électroménager de qualité comme à la maison micro onde , four , réfrigérateur et café Nespresso !! Ainsi un grand réfrigérateur supplementaires et congélateur dans la buanderie ! Avec le lave linge Pour les fans de barbecue la région et les feux nous empêche de profiter du barbecue traditionnel Mais les propriétaires ont prévus un barbecue électrique de marque tefal II fait amplement l’affaire pour maximum 4 personnes Bref un régal 15 jours inoubliables en famille et merci à cette famille au grand cœur

Maison pas toute jeune mais très bien entretenue. Une vue sur Bormes les Mimosas et la baie du Lavandou. Juste splendide. Un calme olympien et aucun voisin à proximité. Très grande piscine (non chauffée) tres fraîche en ce début de saison malgré une tres bonne exposition au soleil. Un propriétaire tres disponible et tres agréable. Tout l’équipement nécessaire est disponible dans la maison. Bref, tres bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande!!!!

Sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus mit sehr schönem und gepflegten Garten und Grundstück. Eine schöne Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick auf Bormes les Mimosas und Le Lavandou, man kann bis zum Meer schauen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und komfortabel. Der Pool ist etwas abseits vom Haus gelegen, sehr sauber, sehr gepflegt, ausreichend groß und auch tief, so dass man wirklich sportlich darin schwimmen kann. Der Poolbereich ist mit Liegen ausgestattet und die Palmen und Bäume bieten immer ein Schattenplatz. Sonne findet man natürlich auch den ganzen Tag, je nach Tageszeit. Die Umgebung ist sehr natürlich. Wer die Ruhe sucht, gerne liest oder Gespräche bei einem guten Essen und Wein auf der schönen Terrasse sucht, ist genau richtig. Ausflüge z. B. zu den Märkten von Le Lavandou, Bormes oder La Londe sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erledigen. Dort gibt es auch sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Man kann auch wandern oder ebenfalls zu den schönen Stränden fahren (kurze Entfernung mit dem Auto). Ein Auto empfiehlt sich da oben allerdings schon. In Kürze: für Ruhe suchende bestens geeignet. Mit dem Auto ist man aber schnell in der Umgebung und man kann tolle Ausflüge machen.

Bij onze aankomst een zeer warme welkom gekregen met nodige uitleg over het huis en alles wat men mocht gebruiken van huiselijk gerief. Het zwembad is proper, groot en zeer geschikt voor iets oudere kids met zwembrevet. De tuin is prachtig aangelegd met hier en daar bankjes en terrasjes om rustig te kunnen genieten van het mooie en verre uitzicht. Het is er zeer rustig en privé, In de villa zelf is er niets tekort. 3 ruime slaapkamers, douchekamer en badkamer, apart toilet. De keuken is pas vernieuwd en heeft alle faciliteiten. In de omgeving, heb je op 5 min het strand waar het ook heerlijk is om te wandelen op de dijk of in de zee te gaan. Voldoende winkels of supermarkten in de buurt. St-Tropez en Marseille liggen op een groot uur rijden en zijn zeker de moeite om te bezoeken. Het dorpje zelf, Bormes Les Mimosa is een typisch Frans dorpje met een wirwar van straatjes, een marktje, winkeltjes en voldoende etablissementen om lekker iets te drinken of te eten .. Hier heb je alles voor een geslaagde vakantie !

Un très bel emplacement situé dans la nature, une vue splendide, de l'espace autour de la maison et une piscine bien agréable. Un peu moins bien à l'intérieur avec des détails agaçants en regard du prix haute-saison : l'abattant WC cassé, le congélateur qui ne congèle pas, internet indisponible tout le séjour; Il serait également souhaitable de rajouter une théière et des tasses à café. Par ailleurs, les personnes de l'entretien (charmantes) ont pris d'assaut les lieux le jour du départ à 9h alors nous avions pris RDV pour 10h nous poussant ainsi à accélérer notre départ ..

Si vous chercher une location pour recharger vos batteries et passez d'excellentes vacances reposantes, ne cherchez plus vous venez de la trouver! La maison est située sur les hauteurs de Bormes aux milieu des vignes et dans une rue sans issue. Aucun bruit de voitures accompagné d'une superbe vue! Le jardin fleuri est bien entretenu. L'espace piscine est un peu a l'ecart de la maison, elle profite d'une superbe vue sur le maquis. La maison est lumineuse et très bien entretenue. Sa disposition permet que chacun puisse avoir son intimité. Dans la véranda il y a une table de ping-pong. Nous avons passés d'excellentes Vacances dans cette magnifique région. Le jardin est près

séjour inoubliable et merveilleux dans cette espace vert, calme, arboré et reposant...vue magnifique sur le bord de mer avoisinant! Jardin très bien entretenu.. villa très fonctionnelle , très bien équipée...que du bonheur! Où chacun peut avoir une certaine indépendance ..repas pris sur la terrasse face à la mer entouré de multiples essences florales...et arbustes odorants..quel bonheur même en février... à proximité, multitude de sorties et escapades agréables..village de Bormes, vieux village de Hyères les iles de Porquerolles Port Cros Levant..Balades dans le massif des Maures tout proche..les petis marchés provencaux! tous les commerces sont à proximité ...puis il est ensuite temps de se retirer sur cette jolie colline...avec l'impression si agréable d'être un peu seuls au monde! l'accueil par le propriétaire absolument charmant..qui nous a laissé nous installer..comme si nous arrivions un peu chez nous! adresse à recommander sans hésitation! le seul souci..se faire violence pour s'extirper de cet endroit ...!Nous reviendrons absolument si cela est possible!

Villa en tout point conforme à l'annonce: situation et vue exceptionnelles, sans aucun vis-à-vis, très au calme, permettant un séjour très reposant. Maison très accueillante, propre, où l'on prend rapidement ses marques, très fonctionnelle et lumineuse, avec nombreux accès aux différentes terrasses; bien entretenue, de même le jardin. Nous avons pu profiter d'un temps très estival, des repas sur la terrase face à la mer dès le matin, ainsi que de la piscine malgré l'eau un peu fraîche. Bormes est un village très agréable à visiter , d'autant plus que nous étions hors saison, communes voisines très faciles d'accès, belles plages à 10 minutes; point de départ idéal pour visiter la côte varoise. C'est avec plaisir que nous reviendrons!

Nous avons eu la chance de tomber une semaine ou il faisait beau et pouvoir profiter de l'extérieur, terrasse avec vue dégagée sur la baie, profiter de la terrasse (mais pas de la piscine) il faisait un peu frais (novembre) mais nous sommes promis de revenir l'été. Nous vous conseillons la visite de porquerolles et du mont faron à toulon. Sinon si vous venez à la toussaint vous pourrez profiter de la grande braderie de St Trop à 40 mn en voiture.

Très au calme, loin au bout d'un chemin qui traverse les vignes, cette "maison de famille" bien équipée et très fonctionnelle nous a ravis pour son grand terrain fleuri, la belle vue sur la mer et la campagne provençale et la taille de sa piscine dont nous avons pu profiter à l'abri des regards. L'accueil des propriétaires a été charmant (contact sur place) et l'endroit est idéal par sa proximité aux commerces et aux très belles plages de la région.
