Character villa from the 50s, sunny, sea view, ideal for a family and / or couple of friends (5 people + cot). Interior renovated, design and contemporary.
Fully equipped / Barbecue / Outdoor shower at the end of the beach / Protected garden.

Located 50m from Valentin beach (immediate access), 3min from the center, 3min from Le Croisic and the first shops, 15min from La Baule.
Sailing club nearby, bike rides in the salt marshes or along the wild coast.

Just perfect

Just perfect

This is our 9th consecutive year, staying in the area and it’s getting harder to find properties by Valentine beach. This house was perfect for our needs and had everything that we could possibly need. A lovely property and ideally located.

La maison est idéalement située près d’une belle plage et conforme à la description. L’escalier en colimaçon est plus compliqué pour les enfants. La salle de bains de la maison et la cuisine manquent de propreté ( tiroirs encombrés et pas très propres, plaque du four…moisissures dans la douche…). Pour le restant de la maison, l’intérieur et l’extérieur sont agréables et conformes aux photos. Dommage que la maison soit située à côté d’un camping, assez animé le soir et de la route très fréquentée la journée durant l’été.

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances dans cette jolie maison bauloise composée de la batisse principale et d'une annexe (composée d'une chambre , douche/wc sans separation).Pour la batisse les 2 chambres sont à l'étage et la salle de douche avec wc sont au rez de chaussée . Herald nous a très gentiment accueilli.La maison est parfaitement équipée tant à l'extérieur (transats,sieges relax,2 terasses...)qu'à l'intérieur où rien ne manque.Côté cuisine,tous les accessoires sont à disposition et en tres bon état! L'emplacement de la maison est idéal pour partir en balade à vélos ou pour profiter de la plage Valentin à 2 pas(ne pas manquer les couchers de soleil). Bref des vacances que l'on laisse avec l'envie de revenir.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison pleine de charme, dans un quartier très calme avec la plage au bout de la rue. Nous avons ainsi découvert la côte sauvage et profité du plaisir de longues balades le long de l'océan. Nous reviendrons !

Das Haus liegt nur einige Schritte von einem wunderschönen Sandstrand entfernt. Das Haus ist modern geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zu beachten ist, dass das Badezimmer im EG ist und das Schlafzimmer im OG. Die Wendeltreppe nach oben ist sehr eng. Im zweiten Schlafzimmer im Anbau ist ein kleines Ensuite-Badezimmer, jedoch offen, ohne Trennung zum Schlafbereich. In diesem Zimmer gibt es keine Möglichkeit, Kleidung aufzuhängen oder zu lagern. Das Haus ist ideal für 2 Personen, die vielleicht ab und zu Gäste im Studio kurzzeitig beherbergen. Wir waren im September und konnten das Terrassendeck im Hof nur über die Mittagszeit nutzen, vormittags und abends ist hier dann schon Schatten. Durch die Bäume um das Haus ist es zu dieser Jahreszeit leider etwas schattig. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist leider fast nur von Ikea. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und bietet viel Abwechslung.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette charmante maison de 1950: Rénovée et décorée avec goût. fonctionnelle et bien équipée la maison se situe au bord de la plage Valentin. Le jardin est sécurisé et une petite dépendance permet d’accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires. Herald et sa mère nous on reçu avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Une très belle adresse que nous recommandons vivement.

Malgré le temps plutôt maussade nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette région. La maison a été rénovée récemment, elle est très confortable et bien équipée. Idéale pour 2 couples car elle a une chambre et salle de bain indépendante. Sa situation est idéale : à côté de la belle plage Valentin, à proximité du village de Batz pour faire les courses et permet de visiter facilement la région : Guérande est ses marais salants, La Baule, Le Croisic, la côte sauvage, les marais de Brière... Excellent séjour
