Cleaning must therefore be done at the end of the stay.
You will have to provide a check for 250 euros when you enter the house which will be returned to you if the house is returned as close as possible to the state of cleanliness where you found it. This sum corresponds to the amount of a service company to clean the house.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION
18th century village house completely renovated in 2021, comfortable, sleeps 8, enclosed garden of 450m2.
House of 130 m2, classified 3 stars in tourist residence, in the village of Kermoisan which is one of the four main villages of Batz-sur-Mer, with Kervalet, Roffiat and Trégaté.
The main part, on the first floor, consists of a fully equipped American kitchen open to a living room offering a beautiful convivial space to easily accommodate 8 people at the table (40 m2). A first bedroom is adjoining the main room with a 160x200 bed and which overlooks the outside on the garden side (16 m2). Finally, a separate toilet and a bathroom are also part of the set.
A second part, which can be dedicated to young people, consists on the first floor of a room type of games room (12 m2) and upstairs, a large room with two beds in 140x190 with its own bathroom including a toilet (26 m2 in total).
Finally, the third part is an independent studio (25 m2) with a bed of 160x200 (new sofa bed with slatted bed base and 18 cm thick mattress), a bathroom with toilet and a kitchenette that can have a role as a summer kitchen. This studio overlooks an enclosed garden of about 450 m2 where a round table can accommodate 8 to 10 guests. This fenced garden is of course accessible from all areas of the house.
The three bathrooms each have a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail and a hairdryer.
The main kitchen is equipped with a fridge with small freezer, a cold door oven, an induction hob, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a Nespresso.
The kitchenette in the studio is equipped with a fridge with freezer if needed, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker.
The main room is equipped with fiber, Wi Fi access, flat screen. The other parts of the house also have WIFI access.
A travel cot, a high chair, deckchairs and three bicycles are available.
Washing machine and dryer.
Tourist tax in addition (€1.43 per adult per night for 2026, €1.30 for the municipality of Batz sur Mer and €0.13 for the department), free for under 18s.
House 1.2km walk from the beach of La Govelle, famous for surfing, accessible on foot by paths. Walks or bike rides possible to the wild coast or the salt marshes. Le Croisic is 6 km away, the port of Pouliguen 3 km, Guérande 7.5 km. Rental possible from Sunday to Sunday. Arrival after 9pm will incur an additional cost.
Rental for three or four nights is possible with potentially an additional cost depending on the period; to be defined before validation of the reservation.
Rental during the All Saints' Day holidays is possible but potentially with an additional cost for electricity to be defined before the booking is validated.

Un séjour très réussi dans cette belle maison du village de Kermoisan idéalement située. Les plages sont accessibles à pied, à vélo par de nombreux petits chemins.
La côte sauvage et les marais salants sont également très proches .La maison est spacieuse, fraiche l'été et le jardin clos est idéal pour une famille et des amis.

Maison typique rénovée avec goût. Elle est située au calme, à Kermoisan. Elle est proche de la plage de Govelle, du sentier côtier et des stations balnéaires environnantes mais nécessite quand même de prendre la voiture car il n'y a pas de piste cyclable et les routes à emprunter sont très fréquentées.
Maison idéale pour se retrouver au calme en famille, avec un jardin au frais et sans vis à vis.
