About this villa rental
Rent Gulf of Morbihan in July per week architect house of 160 m2, direct sea, facing South and on one level in the middle of a garden of 2500 m2. It is located between Vannes and Auray near Arradon and Larmor Baden, opposite the island of Berder, and has 4 bedrooms for 8 people.
- Living room 40 m2 which opens onto a terrace and the sea to the South, large bay window, large fireplace, WIFI, TV with DVD player, HIFI system.
- 1 bedroom with French window, sea view, double bed (160), adjoining bathroom and separate toilet.
- 1 Bedroom with French window, sea view, double bed (160).
- 1 bedroom with French window, garden view, 2 beds (90) + baby bed, with a mezzanine overlooking a south terrace, sea view.
- 1 bedroom with garden view, 2 beds (90), with TV and DVD player + HIFI, large choice of CD and DVD.
- In total 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms with shower, 3 toilets.
- Large kitchen / dining room with French window onto garden, very well equipped: large fridge / freezer, washing machine and dishwashing machine, electric dryer, induction hob, microwave, electric oven, Nespresso coffee machine, and another, blender, etc ......
- Large south facing terrace, teak garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol, Weber barbecue.
Around the house many local activities:
- Tennis
- Gulf of Baden.
- Water sports: Sailing Club 300 m by footpath or by road with lessons for children and adults, windsurfing, yachting, kayaking, paddle…
- Peach…
- Walks on hiking trails.
- Close crossings by regular speedboats for Ile aux Moines, Isle of Arz, Gulf tour, Belle Ile.
The price includes: household linen provided, cleaning package on departure, water, electricity. During the stay a cleaning lady can be available, but in supplement.
The house is only available in July: Rental per week.

We stayed almost two weeks in the house of Daniel and every day we were delighted about the magnificient view over the Golf of Morbihan.
The house is well equiped and for a large group of up to 8 persons very suitable. We were only 4 so we had enough space.
Communication with tfhe owner is easy and I received answers to my requests within very short time.
All in all we enjoyed every minute in the house and would definitly book again!
