About this house rental
We’ve just finished renovating our 1950s vacation home right in the center of Baden (Gulf of Morbihan). It’s fully equipped like a primary residence. It’s very bright thanks to its excellent exposure, making it a pleasant place to stay in any weather! It has the advantage of being in the town center while still being in a quiet setting.
It’s ideal for enjoying quality time with family or friends.
Amenities included:
Heating is provided by a heat pump, which combines comfortable temperatures with energy efficiency.
The cleaning fee is included in the price of your reservation.
We provide dish towels, hand towels, and bath mats. Please bring your own bed linens.
A selection of household essentials will be available upon your arrival.
There are games, books, and comic books for all ages!
Sleeping arrangements:
•A master suite (160×200 bed) with its own bathroom.
•A bedroom with two identical single beds (90×200).
•A bedroom with a double bed (160×200) and an adjoining shower room.
•A large children’s bedroom with two single beds and its own shower room.
•A small nursery (crib) with a changing table. A safety gate, a high chair, and baby dishes are available for your use.
There is a large living/dining room opening onto a fully equipped open kitchen.
A large picture window opens onto a spacious south-facing terrace (with a large dining table and lounge chairs) and a 400m² garden.
The village center and all shops are within walking distance.
Carrefour Market, bakery, tobacco shop/newsstand/bar, pharmacy, florist.
There are several shops selling local products, a local market every Friday, and a crêperie!
You can enjoy seafood straight from the producer with your feet in the water.
The Gulf beaches and coastal trails are less than 5 kilometers away.
Water sports club in Port Blanc (Baden): lessons and rentals available for windsurfing, boats, catamarans, etc.
The 18-hole Blue Green Golf Course with ocean views is 1.3 km from the house.
Near Baden, you can visit Vannes and its historic center, the charming port of Saint Goustan, and the expansive beaches of Carnac, La Trinité-sur-Mer, and more...

We loved staying in this house. The amenities are first class, and Aude is a pleasant and prompt communicator. The location in Baden is a great jumping off point for numerous attractions, such the Carnac Megaliths and the beach. Highly recommended.

Tout était comme sur le site. Belle maison propre et bien équipée. Propriétaires très sympathiques, à l'écoute et toujours disponibles pour des questions. Je recommande cette location pour 8 personnes. Grande pour ne pas être les uns sur les autres avec une belle terrasse bien exposée. J'y retournerais sans souci.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison que je recommande pour passer du temps dans le Golfe du Morbihan. La maison est spacieuse avec tout ce qu'il faut et proche des plages et villes du Golfe. Nos hôtes étaient aussi très réactifs à nos questions.
