Great apartment that is actually bigger than it looks in the pics. Location is excellent. Really easy communication with Joel. Little mix up with the key box when I arrived but even late at night he was on hand to sort it within 2 minutes of contacting him. 2 mins from bus stop up to ardent( the easiest way into avoriaz) 2 mins from local shop and a couple of restaurants. Good water pressure which is always good after a good day up the hill. Would deffo recommend. Very enjoyable stay.

My partner and I with our 4 year old stayed for a week during February. The bed situation wasn’t ideal - the sofa bed certainly not suitable for 2 adults comfortably and the bedroom has bunk beds. We took in turns each having the sofa bed on alternate nights, all mattresses were poor quality, however, this was probably the only major negative. The cups/mugs were small - espresso size, we bought souvenir mugs to enjoy a decent size cup of tea. There is no toaster. As stated in the description you will need to take your own bedding etc - I feel that most people would pay extra for this if the host provided the option to save the fuss. There is no wifi but the 5G mobile signal is great anyway. The strangest thing for us was to be sent the apartment key & access fob in the Royal Mail to our home address 2 weeks before our trip, and then having to send it back in the post to the owner. We thought this was very odd, and raised concerns of who may have previously stayed and taken copies of the keys. The location was perfect for the local pub & mini-supermarket, easy access to the lake and Morzine by bus - the free shuttle bus is very close to the apartment, although we walked the 1.6 miles each day to the Pleney gondola which took around 25/30 minutes. A great way to start the day & very easy to walk home through the parc dereches from Morzine too. We personally wouldn’t stay here again, but for the price we paid we were overall satisfied.

We had a great time staying here. The apartment is basic but good value and had everything we needed. It’s ideally situated in the middle of Montriond with a good local shop close by that even had a good selection of vegan supplies. There’s a regular ski bus service linking the apartment with Morzine and Ardent lifts for access to the slopes. The apartment is warm and had all the cooking facilities we needed. We’d love to come back and explore the area more fully in the summer too. Lac de Montriond looks lovely and it’s close by too.

Top property for 2 persons to enjoy a ski holiday. The apartment was clean and equipped with all we needed to enjoy our trip. Location is excellent 2 minutes walk from the free bus stop that gets you to Arden lifts and 2 minutes to Montriond where you can find a mini market and even a pub or a pizza restaurant. The center of Morzine is also only 20' walk away if you need more bars, restaurants, shops and super market. The host was excellent in communicating whenever necessary. Will definitely stay in this place again! Top experience

The property is well situated for skiing in Morzine or Ardent. With a car it is a short 6 minute drive to the Ardent bubble lift that takes you to the heart of the skiing. The apartment is basic but is ideal for those seeking a cheap holiday. The owner, Joel David, makes things very simple with the collection of the key etc. I would recommend this apartment for a small family or a few friends but is also cheap enough to use as a sole occupancy.

Everything we needed for a weeks snowboarding. No ski lifts in the area but only 2 minutes away from the ski bus stop. Montriond is less than 5 minutes walk and that has a shop, a few restaurants etc, everything you need for self catering. Apartment was clean and tidy with a DVD player and TV. The area we were in was very quiet, but only 5 minutes in a taxi from Morzine. The only thing missing was a kettle Would definitely go back again.

L’appartement est bien situé, au calme. La construction de l’immeuble juste en face ne nous a pas trop gênée. Il est fonctionnel, la douche est très bien. Le balcon et ses transats sont agréables. L’immeuble est propre et sécurisé. Un effort pourrait être fait dans la qualité de la vaisselle (couteaux plus coupants et resistants, quelques verres à pied, des mugs, peut être un service à raclette). Nous avons très bien dormi dans le canapé lit. Par contre des adultes ne pourraient pas dormir dans le lit superposé.

Je connaissais déjà ce type d'appartement car un oncle en possédait un du même type. C'est petit mais très fonctionnel. Il y a deux lits superposés pour normalement des enfants, dans une petite chambre à part, et un canapé-lit, normalement pour les adultes dans le petit séjour. L'appartement est au RdC et a une petite terrasse, qui donne sur un pré. Il est très propre et bien décoré, avec des photos du propriétaire. Il est aussi bien équipé. On peut peut-être regretter de n'avoir qu'un micro-onde, et pas un four, mais l'espace manque pour mettre les deux. La cafetière, 5/6 tasses est aussi un peu petite pour une famille qui prend du café au petit déjeuner. Sinon, j'aime bien Montriond, qui est un petit village à 2 kms de Morzine, à mon avis bien plus typique que Morzine, plus calme, et aussi bien situé. On a une place de parking dans la résidences, quelques commerces dans le village, sinon, il y a le Carrrefour Market à quelques km sur la route de Saint-Jean d'Aulps. J'y allais pour faire des excursions en montagne, on a tout autour dans la vallée et les autres, de nombreuses excursions balisées, où l'on se retrouve très vite en pleine nature au milieu des montagnes. Les propriétaires sont aussi très arrangeants et très agréables, avec une relation de confiance bienvenue. Séjour très agréable.

L'appartement est top ! Tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un merveilleux séjour : fonctionnel et idéalement placé. L'accès aux pistes est on ne peut plus simple avec la navette gratuite à 2mn de l'appartement, et proche également des commodités de Montriond (commerces, restaurants, bar...). De très bons échanges avec Monsieur DAVID qui a été adorable avec nous, merci encore, nous reviendrons !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans un appartement très fonctionnel, agréable à vivre, très bien situé entre deux sites fabuleux et facilement accessibles (Mozine/Les Gets et Avoriaz). Les commerces tout à proximité nous ont beaucoup facilité la vie. Les contacts avec le propriétaire ont été faciles, directs, dans un rapport de confiance réciproque. Appartement très bien aménagé, et, très propre. Il est situé à deux pas du village, au calme et avec une jolie vue sur les montagnes. Les propriétaires sont vraiment très sympathiques. Nous avons passé une semaine fomidable au milieu de paysages magnifiques. On espère pouvoir revenir pour faire des randonnées que nous n'avons malheureusement pas pu faire. Merci pour tout.
