Studio located in the Ruches district in the residence Le Vivace. The apartment building is located on the edge of a ski slope and 200m from the departure of two chairlifts. A ground floor entrance takes you directly to a ski locker and the studio.
The studio faces south with a 2-storey balcony and a clear view of part of the Avoriaz estate (see photo).
Studio of 19. 30m2 for 4 people maximum children included or 2 adults maximum: 1 sofa bed for 2 people + 2 single bunk beds

Our stay was absolutely lovely and the apartment was so much better than we had imagined. We found the apartment was super clean, well equipped and in a great location. The ski in / ski out made it super easy with 3 lifts at the bottom of the hill. The shops are a 2 minute walk away, there’s a great pizza place (Why Not Avoriaz) and a few pubs too. Lionel was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Lionel!

We stayed in the appartement with a family of 4, 10/11 year. Lionel was there to welcome us. The appartement is very Well located, ski in ski out. The bakery and all other shops are just a two minute walk. The appartement is Well equipped. The shower is good. Some things to realize:
Before you book it with a family of 4 you have to realize that the apartment is really small. It says 20 m and it really is that size. You have to fold the dining table before you are able to unfold the sleeping couch. It feels more like staying in a camper then staying in a apartment. We had great weather so we were on the slopes the whole day but I can imagine if you have to stay at home because of the bad weather it can be a challenge. During the night the snow machines starts at 2.30 in the morning so bring your earplugs!
For skiing Avoriaz is the best area to start your day!!
