About this apartment rental
Large apartment with panoramic views of Honfleur and the Pont de Normandie. 70m2, on the 3rd and last floor of a shipowner's house. 2 spacious bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub and well equipped, separate WC.

The large living room is very bright thanks to the 5 windows and velux windows that go around it. In the evening, the choice is yours: ambient light with the lights or full light with the recessed spotlights.
The equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, ...) will allow you to organize your cocooning evenings and Norman breakfasts. But don't forget that you are in the heart of Honfleur. City of artists but also restorers. So do not hesitate to go to one of them, especially since you go there on foot.
It should be noted that despite its exceptional location in the city center, the Panoramic is quiet given the retreat of the house from the road. All the advantages of the center without the disadvantages.
You and your belongings are safe. To access the apartment you have to cross a pretty gate with a digital code.
To unload your luggage, you enter your car in the courtyard of the house. Then we can offer you a private box for € 7 per day.
If you decide to come without a car, we will pick you up at the stations of Deauville, Lisieux, Le Havre or at the airport of Deauville Saint Gatien. And of course, we will take you back there.
If you are a golfer, you can organize a 'Calvados Tour'. The golf courses of Deauville, Saint Gatien and Saint Julien are 10 minutes by car. If you are not a golfer but want to get started, we can organize a half day or more to taste the joys of this sport in the Normandy countryside.
A final point, the Panoramique is an apartment located in a mansion that we have completely renovated. We put all our heart and energy into it so that our year-round tenants or our holiday visitors feel good there.
This is why we decided to put a plaque at the entrance of our small residence which invites you to enter the 'Résidence Sainte Victoire'.

Belle propriété. Vue panoramique. Appartement bien équipé (lave-vaisselle et lave-linge nécessitants une révision). Bonne literie (2 lits doubles). Un beau parquet, mais désagréablement grinçant (en tenir compte pour les voisins du dessous). Belle salle de bain, mais baignoire mal adaptée pour y prendre une douche (stabilité). Y avons passé un très bon sejour, la propriétaire des lieux est accueillante et les personnels disponibles et attentionnés.

We loved our stay at Claire loft apartment which occupied the entire floor. Bright and clean and very well appoi d it was a delight to stay there. All went well despite the climb up the spiral stairs which is now becoming very difffi ult for me as I need a new knee. Claire gave us great recommendations for dining and sightseeing and alerrt us to the fact that there were Australians downstairs and we shared a few great times with them. All in all a great stay. Thanks. Claire.
