We spent a marvelous time in the lovely house of Jean-Joseph. The outlook over the sea, the fresh oisters and mussels, fresh from the sea, were gorgeous. It was like paradise there!

We loved staying in this house close to the sea, with lovely views over the bay of St Brieuc. There were views from all rooms, but best of all from the two bedrooms. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for our one week stay in September for 2 people. Things like teatowels, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and coffee filters were already in the cupboards. We were warmly met by the owners who clearly take pride and care of the property. The property is a short way along a cul-de-sac and you walk up steps through the nice garden to get to the front door and 2 patio areas (with tables, chairs and sun loungers, also overlooking the bay). You park the car in the free public car park by the sea, about 2 minutes walk away (but you can park nearer to unload). We loved the location which was in a fishing village with no tourist shops (though you could buy live lobsters). You have to drive a mile or two back up through the village to get to the centre of Poubazlanec village where there is a small supermarket, 2 bakers, a butcher and a few other shops. There is a nice restaurant about 5 minutes walk up the road from the house, and a couple of other places in the village, But most restaurants and the bigger supermarkets are in Paimpol about 10 mins away by car. We went in September so outside the main season and the area was very quiet. We loved this and were very happy to be slightly off the beaten track. We highly recommend this house.

Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort . Der Ort bietet Ruhe und zugleich Abwechslung durch den lebendigen kleinen Hafen. Der Garten und die Terrasse sind wunderbar gestaltet. Das Haus ist gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Aus dem ersten Stock blickt man auf das Meer und sitzt dabei in gemütlichen Sesseln. Im Ort ca. 500 Meter befindet sich das Hotel/ Restaurant Bocher, in welchem man feine französische Küche genießen kann. Der Kontakt mit Monsieur Briand war wie bereits beim letzten Aufenthalt sehr angenehm.

L’accueil très sympathique de Madame Cornillet et de Monsieur Briand puis la découverte de leur petite maison de pêcheurs ont tout de suite confirmé ce que nous avions lu dans l’annonce et les commentaires faits. Le gîte est impeccable, planté dans un décor et une végétation surprenants. La vue est exceptionnelle surtout depuis les chambres. Pors Even est un vrai petit port de pêche avec la présence de 2 viviers à 2 pas du gîte. Un regret cependant, celui de ne pas avoir pu tester le petit restaurant - moules frites - tout à côté, puisque celui - ci fermait le soir de notre arrivée , le 11 septembre , mais nous nous sommes rattrapés en dégustant les produits des ostréiculteurs ! Paimpol à 5 km est une petite ville charmante et très animée. Quel plaisir d’avoir pu séjourner 2 semaines, sous le soleil, dans ce lieu magique et découvrir cette belle région !

Belle situation pour cette maison de pêcheur confortable et bien équipée. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut, "comme à la maison". Deux terrasses sont à disposition pour profiter pleinement du panorama sur la mer. Très calme car dans une voie sans issue. Attention cependant, le petit chemin pour y accéder est un peu pentu. Très bon accueil de la part des propriétaires. Bon point de départ pour visiter Bréhat, la baie de Paimpol...

Das Fischerhaus in Pors Even war eins der schönsten die wir je hatten und wir haben schon viele Häuser gemietet. Alles ist genau so wie auf den Fotos. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hervorragend und alles in in sehr gutem und gepflegten Zustand. Wir wurden mit einer Flasche (sehr leckerem) Cidre und einer Dose Kekse sehr herzlich von Marie-Claude und Jean-Joseph empfangen und die Übergabe des Hauses war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist liebevoll und maritim gestaltet, was zur Gemütlichkeit erheblich beiträgt. Aus jedem Fenster des Hauses und von jeder der zwei Terrassen hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Meer. In Pors Even gibt es ein sehr gutes Muschelrestaurant fussläufig zum Ferienhaus und eine Austernzucht mit Verkauf. Der Weg hoch zum Ferienhaus ist für Menschen, die ohne Gehhilfe zurecht kommen kein Problem und ließ sich auch mit unseren Einkäufen gut bewältigen. Am meisten genossen haben wir aber die herrliche Ruhe dort. Außer Wasserplätschern und Vogelgezwitscher war nicht viel zu hören - das hat uns begeistert und viel dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns prächtig erholt haben. Sollte man dennoch Lust auf Menschen und urbanes Leben verspüren, ist Paimpol in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto oder für sportliche mit dem Fahrrad oder sogar zu Fuß zu erreichen. Fazit: einer der schönsten und erholsamsten Urlaube, die wir hatten! Franco & Heike

Das Haus ist wirklich schön. Etwas abseits gelegen, bietet es eine ruhige Umgebung in einem kleinen Fischerdorf mit aktiven Fischereibetrieb und Austernzucht. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist traumhaft, Der Badestrand ist nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die Vermieter sind wirklich sehr nett und zuverlässig. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter haben uns freundlich empfangen und trotz unserer nicht so guten Französischkenntnisse, gut verstanden. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick von den beiden Terrassen ist grandios und die Ruhe lädt zum entspannen ein. Der Fußweg vom öffentlichen Parkplatz am Hafen ist kurz; mit vollen Einkaufstaschen ein bisschen beschwerlich, da es einen kleinen Hang hinaufgeht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im nächstgrößeren Ort; in Pluobazlanec selbst gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und einen Bäcker. Beides mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Sonntags findet ein kleiner Markt im Ortskern statt. Das Restaurant im Hafen ist sehr zu empfehlen(es gibt schmackhafte Muscheln und sehr gute Austern).Zu den Öffnungszeiten kann es vorkommen, dass der Parkplatz voll besetzt ist, so dass man schon mal etwas weiter weg parken muss. Wir waren in der Nebensaison da, so dass dies kein großes Problem war. Der Wanderweg entlang der bretonischen Küste führt direkt am Haus vorbei, so dass man zum Wandern direkt vom Haus aus starten kann. Ein kleiner, nicht bewachter Sandstrand ist 3 Minuten(Fussweg) entfernt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können dieses Ferienhaus weiterempfehlen.

Altes liebevoll modernisiertes Fischerhaus, etwa zurückgesetzt, in Hanglage. Gemütlich eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Sehr schön sind die zwei Terassen mit Meerblick und auch die Sitzecke in einem der Schlafzimmer, die ebenfalls eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die kleinen Inseln bietet. Einen kleinen öffentlichen Parkplatz gibt es am Hafen, 2 Minuten vom Haus. Zum Haus führt ein kurzer kleiner Weg bergauf, für uns auch mit Einkauf oder Gepäck jedoch kein Problem. Wanderwege beginnen quasi am Haus, Supermärkte gibt es in Paimpol, Bäcker oben im Ort (ist schon ein Stück vom Hafen bis zur Hauptstraße). Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend, die Schlüsselübergaben am Anfang und Ende waren trotz unserer mäßigen Französischkenntnisse problemlos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Bien située sur le petit port de Pors Even, la maison est très propre et confortable. La vue depuis les chambres est superbe. Elle est moins impressionnante depuis les terrasses , cachée par les maisons environnantes. L'accueil de M. et Mme Briand est très chaleureux et le cadeau de bienvenue très sympathique. Le chemin de randonnée passe à quelques mètres de la maison et le point de départ de très belles promenades le long du littoral. Tres bonne base pour visiter la région, proche de la pointe de l'Arcouest vers l'île de Bréhat.

Merci pour le très bon accueil. Très bon séjour dans cette belle maison de pêcheur. Vue magnifique. Tout confort, très bien équipée. Sur un petit chemin qui mène à une chapelle et une plage pour faire de la pêche à pieds. Au cas où, le vivier est juste en bas si la pêche n’a pas été fructueuse!

Die Lage ist einmalig. Das Häuschen liegt in einer Siedlung an einem kleinen Hafen. Wenn man auf einer der beiden Terrassen sitzt, hat man einen Blick aufs Meer und das strahlt eine solche Ruhe und Frieden aus, dass wir manche Tage einfach nur am Haus genossen haben. Am Haus grünt und blüht es, dass es nur eine Pracht ist. Und der Garten lebt - Hummeln, Bienen und Vögel summen und singen um die Wette. Vor Ort gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, jedoch ist man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten in Paimpol, wo es genug Supermärkte und Wochenmärkte gibt. Auch der Bioladen in Paimpol ist unbedingt zu empfehlen! Das Haus selbst ist sehr gemütlich. Im hellen Schlafzimmer gibt es einen geräumigen Schiebeschrank mit ausreichend Platz und Kleiderbügeln zum Hängen und Legen - auch keine Selbstverständlichkeit. Es sind ausreichend Handtücher vorhanden . Im Fernsehen gibt es 2 deutsche Sender: Arte und Deutsche Welle, was für uns völlig ausreichend war. Die Strasse zum Haus ist eine Sackgasse, auf der man nicht parken darf, aber zum Ent- und Beladen kann man kurz vorfahren. 1 Minute davon entfernt befindet sich ein Parkplatz , auf dem wir immer parken konnten. Der Weg von der Strasse hinauf zum Haus ist nicht besonders lang und anstrengend; selbst mit Gepäck war das ein Klacks. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen herzlich, sprechen nur Französisch, aber mit ein paar Brocken aus der Schulzeit, Sprachführer und Händen und Füssen war das kein Problem. Alles in Allem haben wir dort eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht und waren sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dort. Lieben Dank noch einmal an Frau und Herrn Briand!
