Close to all amenities on foot: shops, markets, restaurants, railway station, heritage, diverse activities.
This house of 180 m² has a floor and has a large enclosed garden and a fenced pool, heated, private (10 x 5) and a large pool house where it is possible to eat.
Ground floor :
entrance, lounge, large living room, kitchen with adjoining terrace, 1 bedroom with bathroom (2 beds 90 cm), utility room, WC.
Floor:
3 bedrooms (1 with 140 cm bed, 1 with 1 bed 180 cm and 1 bed 90 cm, 1 with 2 beds 90 cm bunk), bathroom, separate toilet, 1 dressing room with 1 child bed (70 cm x 180 cm)
Fenced heated pool with pool house (depending on current May to September current).
Capacity: 9 persons + 1 child bed
Private parking.
The house is only available for stays of type "holiday" with family or friends, and no way for parties.

The property was spacious and well equipped. Private swimming pool and secure off-street parking . The property is ideally located with numerous cafes, restaurants and bars in the centre of Saintes only a short walk away. Restaurant L'IODE on Ave Gambetta is recommended. Royan only 50 minutes drive away. The owners were friendly and dealt with handover very efficiently.

We had a great time in this gorgeous 1840s property. It’s a lovely house, great rooms and everything one needs. Lovely hosts who could not be more friendly or helpful, Fabulous pool and surroundings, and although you feel secluded with so much greenery, you are just a couple of minutes from the town. Plenty to see and do in and around Saintes, and not too far from the beaches.

A comfortable property with a pretty garden and excellent pool. Very convenient for eating out in Saintes. The owners were very welcoming.
