The villa is located in an agricultural area of the city of Manziana, surrounding the hills of Lake Bracciano, this area is of volcanic origin and develops near the Bracciano - Martignano Regional Natural Park, north-east of Rome. The house is located 2 km from Rome-Viterbo train station, it is about 18 km from the Lazio coast (Santa Marinella, Santa Severa), it is also 15 km from Lake Vico and 30 km from Viterbo. The capital is easily accessible by car, train and a bus service is also available; the train makes a stop at the station 'S. Pietro 'near the Basilica and Vatican Museums, between 50 minutes.
The surrounding area is rich in Etruscan and Roman archaeological remains and precious natural resources.

Great experience! Clean house, friendly owners, good communication, nice area. Beautiful places to visit. You can reach the sea or the lake by car. Bring mosquito spray. Can definitely recommend :D

Maria is the most wonderful host and she makes you feel so welcome in her beautiful holiday home. She responds to any questions you have quickly and is so helpful with local info and taxis etc.
The house is brilliant for large family groups - we were 15 people - 3 x families.
It is very spacious with a super well equipped kitchen(s),2 fridges and large tables for family dinners. It is a short car journey to the village where you can get everything you need including food market on Thursday morning and the best gelato shop.
We had such a great week and were very sad to leave - it was so relaxing by the pool, surrounded by the trees on gorgeous hot sunny days and evenings.
Comfy beds and fans to help cool the air at night for sleeping.
We all hope to return one day. Thank you Maria, it was better than we could have hoped for!

We were 9 adults and 5 kids. We stayed for 1 week in July in this beautiful Villa, located in a very quiet and beautiful area. At our arrival we have been warmly welcomed by the charming owner Maria with fresh fruit, cake, water, wine, and a home made breadThe house is very spacious with a beautifully living room and a big kitchen furnished for cooking. The bedrooms are lovely, with a rustic charm, very clean and spacious. The 3 Bathrooms are very well equppied with a comfortable showers.There is Wifi in the house as well as satellite TV.We enjoyed by the great pool completely private and the surrounding terrace and garden are very spacious and furnished with sun loungers and parasols. There are two barbeques one by the pool and the othere by the biggest garden. There is a big supermarket around the house (10 minutes by car), the lake of Bracciano is very close (15 minutes) and also the see (30/40 minutes). There is also a train station to reach Rome but to visit the beautiful surrounding we recomend to have a car.We enjoyed our stay greatly and recommend this accommodation to families or groups of friends.
