About this cottage rental
Evelyne and Philippe welcome you to their house "The Cottage".
This one is just outside of the Nantes vineyards in Saint Sébastien sur Loire, 10 minutes from the city center of Nantes.
We welcome you in a warm and friendly atmosphere in a cottage style B & B (Bed and Breakfast) in a green and village architecture where tranquility is required.
Our cottage can accommodate two to four people,
Guests have a small house of charm, any stone having kept its authenticity.
Here you find a vacation rental and charm, the "campaign in the city"
South towards Nantes, Loire Atlantique (44).
This renovated cottage has retained its charm and its authenticity.
Conveniently located at strategic points around.
Such as the city of Nantes, the Nantes vineyards as well as close access to the fast lane.
Its surface is 28 m2 floor with a separate entrance and includes a small mezzanine (where there is not the man's height).
It has a bed on the ground floor of: 160/200 in a night space forming an alcove that can be isolated by roller and blackout blinds and 2 single beds on the mezzanine: 80/190 which can be joined to make do just one more.
A wardrobe and plenty of storage.
A kitchen area including: an induction hob, a washing machine, a toaster, a combined oven: microwave grill, kettle, fridge, iron, mini ironing board ...
A seating area with a flat-screen TV and INTERNET ACCESS.
A walk-in shower.
A small private terrace. (Free access to the garden: garden furniture, and sun loungers).
Linens and all extra charges are included in the proposed tariff.

Okay so I am always honest and this property is cute great for two for a short break but for longer not too comfortable the bed was great but seating very unsuitable two small chairs were all that were there other than 2 dining chairs, limited cooking as only hotplate,shower lovely ,car essential upstairs is pretty unusable as very low ceiling as owner admits but stairs very dangerous so too sum up if you want cute short stay peaceful accommodation for two it is great
$$$$
