About this house rental
The price indicated is "all inclusive", household linen, sheets, set of bath towels, "beach" towel provided and cleaning at the end of the stay is not charged.
In the village of Gallargues-le-montueux, a typical and unspoiled village between Nîmes (15 min) and Montpellier (20 minutes).
Villa Emilie, Maison de Maître, dating from the end of the 19th century, will be the ideal place to spend a dream week with family or friends.
The exterior, wooded grounds of 1600 m², has everything you need to enjoy the beautiful summer days, secure swimming pool, sunbathing, boules court, play area (badminton net), and wooden hut that will delight your children.
The vegetable garden, in automatic watering, will be open to you, depending on the season you can harvest tomatoes, zucchini, basil, eggplant, beans, etc ... and the two hens will provide you with some fresh eggs!
At meal times you can test new recipes à la plancha!
The property is closed by an automatic gate, with the possibility of parking 3 cars inside.
On the interior side, 4 bedrooms, two with 160 beds, one with a 140 bed and the last with two 90 beds. All bedrooms are fitted with mosquito nets and fans.
The lounge, internet (computer available), wifi, television, DVD player, wii console ....
Dining room that can accommodate 10 people.
The fitted kitchen (oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave)
Upstairs bathroom with bath, shower, double sinks and toilet. And a shower room on the ground floor with shower, sink and toilet.
On request, all the equipment to accommodate children is available (high chairs, baby beds, changing table, bathtub ...).
All shops and facilities nearby (on foot): grocery store, bakery, restaurants, cafes, butcher, pharmacy, doctors, etc.

Une belle maison de village avec un grand jardin et une belle piscine. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir profiter du potager et du figuier...La maison reste relativement fraîche même par forte chaleur et l'extérieur offre de nombreux espaces ombragés.
Nous avons eu un petit soucis de porte le 1er jour, mais qui a été très rapidement résolu... Prestataire et propriétaire réactifs.

We had a really nice and relaxing stay in the house. It is big enough to welcome two families. Despite certain little things that would need to be repaired (broken door knob, floor tiles popping off the upstairs floor, broken fan, etc), the house is in rather good shape. There is no A/C but fans are present in each bedroom. WiFi only works in certain part of the house and not in the backyard at all. However the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the huge backyard with its beautiful swimming pool, its vegetable garden and the hens and rabbit running freely all around the place. Children had a blast and so did we!

Ancienne bâtisse fraîche même avec 35 à l ombre. Il y a de l espace entre la maison et la piscine ce que la photo ne montre pas. Nous étions avc un bébé de 18 mois , le jardin et le piscine sont tres sécurisés . Les poules et le lapin ont fait sa joie et son émerveillement.
Il manque simplement un micro onde... le reste est parfait .

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la maison est très belle, très bien équipée, il y a un grand jardin, un potager qui est à notre disposition, tomates excellentes! Les poules nous rendent visite et nous fournissent en œufs sans oublier le lapin. Les commerces sont à proximité et nous avons testé de très bon restaurant ainsi qu’un bar très sympa. Nous recommandons cette location pour des familles avec petits ou grands enfants.
