In La Rivine, a hamlet in a protected site located 4 km above Valloire on the Col du Galibier and Tour de France cycling routes.
Access to the Valloire-Valmeinier ski area 900 m on foot, on skis or by car.
Charming brand new house on 3 floors; total area of 170m2, with sleeping capacity of 18 people plus two babies, arranged as follows:
Ground floor: entrance, WC, living room + fireplace, dining room, bedroom with double bed + baby bed, shower, fitted kitchen (oven, 4 hotplates, MW, fridge with freezer, dishwasher)
Floor 1: hallway, bathroom, separate WC, 3 bedrooms with two double beds and 3 single beds, cot.
Floor 2: TV room with double sofa bed BZ, bathroom, separate WC, large bedroom with 7 single beds (including 4 sofa beds),
Heated basement with washing machine and dryer + ski storage.
Two adjoining grounds at the house, in the south facing the Galibier peak, the garden (garden furniture), to the north, a two-space car park, the use of which depends on the snow, (a public car park reserved for the hamlet is additionally 30 m)
