About this apartment rental

43 sq. m apartment located in the Chamonix valley. It is very comfortable, has Internet and is opposite the Bellevue cable car (Les Houches resort centre) at the foot of Kandahar sloop, covered and closed parking lot. Living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 bunk beds with possibility of a third bed + baby bed), 1 bathroom (bathtub), 1 separate toilet, ski locker, shops (bakery, grocery store, ski rental, ESF office) at the foot of the building, nearby restaurants, bus stop below the building serving Chamonix, all resorts in the valley and regular shuttles to Geneva airport. Advantage: the beds are made and towels are provided!!!

Fantastic apartment right opposite the Bellevue lift and just next to the ski bus stop. Comfortable with great amenities. We really appreciated the extras such as cleaning products (dishwasher tablets, binbags etc) as it made our stay much easier, these are often extras to think of when shopping. Short walk to carrefour supermarket and close to a great pub for evening meals (Kitsch Inn). Would love to come back, thank you!

Great value apartment for Scottish half term ski week. 2 adults with 2 teenage boys of 14 and 16. Loads of hot water, good wifi (a must of course with teenagers!). We had a car so needed parking which was really good...you access the parking area through a remote controlled barrier and then have the choice of outside or private inside parking in an underground garage accessed though automatic door with direct access into the building from there....great for when it's snowing! Apartment was clean and well equipped. Most powerful shower we have ever had in many ski apartments! Nice small balcony that is accessed from both double bedroom and lounge. The door doesn't open fully into the double bedroom because of the bed but once in there is good storage and the room is spacious enough. The bunk room is the only weakness of the apartment in that it doesn't have a outside window you can open and can get quite warm. Large set of drawers for storage. Christiane, the owner, is delightful and is extremely helpful...very efficient and prompt with info etc. Access to Bellevue lift is 50 metres away and access to drive to the numerous other ski areas in the Cham area or Cormayeur could not be easier. If you don't have a car the bus stop is right outside. Bakers 60 metres away and supermarket 10 mins walk. Would stay again.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We stayed in the apartment over the Christmas period, our party was 2 adults and 2 teenagers 14 & 17. There was enough room for everyone to live comfortably for the week. The apartment was clean and tidy with everything you need for a week. We did cook a few times and found everything we needed for a roast dinner. There was always plenty of hot water. The wifi speed was excellent, which is a must for anyone with teenagers. The location is in the centre of the village and directly opposite the Bellevue ski lift.

Parfait appartement pour 5 personnes dont 3 enfants. Très bien équipé et aménagé. Petit bémol sur les horaires du bus pour aller à prarion. Le bus n’est pas toujours à l’heure et souvent très chargé.

Très bel appartement avec une superbe vue sur l 'aiguille du Midi . Situation idéale : en face du téléphérique de Bellevue et de la piste de ski (retour domaine),commerces (fromagerie et boulangerie), location de ski et restaurant, navette au pied de l'immeuble. 100% conforme à l 'annonce Très bon accueil de Rodolphe, le gestionnaire et échange avec Mme Gachet.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec ma belle-mère, ma femme et mes deux enfants (6 et 2 ans). Beaucoup de commerces fermés avec les restrictions mais rien à voir avec le chalet. Immeuble propre et appartement bien équipé! Très bon accueil et suivi

Hemos estado 9 días en este apartamento durante el mes de agosto. El apartamento es pequeño pero tiene todas las comodidades. Está muy buen situado, en un extremo de Les Houches, con restaurantes y comercios muy cerca. Es muy tranquilo, no se oye ningún ruido a pesar de estar situado en una zona transitada. Dispone de plaza de parking en el garaje del mismo edificio, con acceso directo al apartamento por ascensor. Christiane, la propietaria, es muy amable. Recomiendo el apartamento y si volvemos por la zona, volveremos a alojarnos allí.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour aux Houches. Un appartement chaleureux, agréable où nous avons trouvé le confort pour de belles vacances. La station est familiale et très adaptée pour des enfants. Propriétaire très accueillante, disponible et soucieuse du bien-être de ses locataires. Emplacement très appréciable entre le village, accessible à pieds en quelques minutes et le site du Prarion.

Un appartement idéalement situé et parfaitement équipé

Deuxième année consécutive que nous louons cet appartement pour nos vacances au ski. Sa situation au pied du télécabine de Bellevue et avec un arrêt de la navette pour le télécabine du Prarion est parfaite. Cela laisse la possibilité de commencer la journée en amenant les enfants aux cours de ski au départ du Prarion et de rentrer en ski par la piste mythique Kandahar. Un appartement parfaitement équipé, à notre arrivée les lits sont faits, les linges de toilette sont fournis, un pot de confiture offert. Ce sont ces attentions qui font la différence. Sans oublier un accueil fort sympathique par la propriétaire et son fils.
