About this house rental
Lovely semi-detached house of 60 m2, ideally situated on a beautiful property of 5000 m2, in a quiet and wooded area. Entirely on one level, it offers a living room, opening directly onto the garden, a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet and two comfortable bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. For your comfort, the beds will be made upon arrival. The terrace, facing south and west, is the ideal place for outdoor meals, either in the sun, under the shade of an umbrella or in the evening with outdoor lighting. The private garden of 300 m2 offers the space to feel "at home" and to enjoy a moment of relaxation under the pergola. And when it's hot, there is nothing more pleasant than to be able to cool off in the swimming pool of the property. You would like to explore the area at your own pace? Bikes will be left at your disposal. You will also have a private parking space, a garden shed to store all your beach material and free wifi. With its location near the lake of Lacanau (3 km), ocean (9 km) and shops (4 km), Les bambous is an excellent choice to spend lovely holidays.

We enjoyed 2 weeks at this quiet gite,hidden away in the forest, but close to all amenities. Everything was within cycling distance for us and the routes are mostly on great off road tracks that take you to lakes, the coast and local villages. The host was very helpful and on hand with helpful advice if required - the gite is lovely.

The property and its gardens with pool is very well looked after and maintained to an excellent standard. It was in the perfect location for us, 5 minutes from the supermarket and fuel station. 15 minutes from the coast with Lacanau Ocean, its beautiful sandy long beaches and big waves for the surfers. Less than an hour to Bordeaux and plenty of different scenic routes available. Overall a great place to stay and would definitely recommend.

Un séjour agréable passé dans cette location à Lacanau. Cette dernière étant très équipée avec notamment cette année des vélos à disposition qui paraissent utiles pour se déplacer et profiter des environs. Par conséquent, nous pouvons qu'apprécier cette location qui est accompagnée d'un accueil chaleureux des propriétaires.
