The house, on a plot of 1000 sqm is ideally located in a residential development in the heart of the Carcans- Maubuisson station. It is 600 meters from the wide sandy beach of the largest lake in France (in photos), 1.3 km from the center with its shops, numerous restaurants, cinema, museum, discotheque, etc ... and to 5KM from the ocean and beaches that stretch for tens of kilometers. It is possible to travel by bike around the resort through 120KM of bike paths in the forest.
For athletes, it is possible to enjoy many activities such as windsurfing, dinghy, catamaran, water skiing, wakeboarding, kitesurfing, surfing, boogie boarding, SUP, paddle boating, parasailing, tree climbing, tennis, climbing wall, golf adventure, archery, etc ....
Carcans Maubuisson is 12KM from Lacanau, 30 minutes from the prestigious castles of the Medoc wine, 50 km from Arcachon and the famous Dune du Pyla (highest in Europe) and 1 hour from the beautiful city of Bordeaux, registered in 2007 as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus im ursprünglichen Kern von Maubuisson, in traumhafter Lage etwas oberhalb vom großen See. Umgeben von wohlriechenden Pinien haben wir uns drinnen und draußen rundum wohl gefühlt, durch das große Grundstück und die ruhige Umgebung ist man wirklich ungestört.
Die Ausstattung ist genau wie beschrieben, auch das WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Auch mit wenig Französichkenntnissen wie bei uns hat das gut geklappt.
Der See, Supermarkt, Bäcker, Restaurants etc. sind prima zu Fuß zu erreichen, für die Strecke zum Atlantik lohnt sich ein Fahrrad.
Wir würden uns sehr freuen, in einem der nächsten Sommer wiederzukommen zu dürfen. Merci beaucoup!

La maison est agréable et très bien située. L'environnement est très calme, mais assez central pour pouvoir tout faire à pied, ou mieux en vélo. Super séjours.

Maison très bien située pour pratiquer les sports de pleine nature. La maison est très fonctionnelle pour stocker surfs, vélos et sacs de golfs pour une grande famille.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Monsieur Meunier. La maison est propre, parfaitement équipée, confortable et sécurisée pour de jeunes enfants. L'environnement est très calme et verdoyant, et nous avons apprécié le grand jardin clos. La plage du lac et le centre de Maubuisson sont facilement accessibles à pied.
