La situation géographique; l'équipement permettant de se restaurer.
L'ouverture de la porte avec la poignée un peu atypique; la chambre à l'étage avec les sanitaires en bas, mais le canapé convertible au 1er niveau a équilibré ceci.

La vue sur le lac est superbe. Nous sommes venus pour le réveillon et avons apprécié les décorations dans l'appartement. La cuisine est très bien équipée. L'appartement est bien aménagé, cosy et confortable. Les couchages sont super.
La difficulté à trouver l'appartement, Il est tout simplement au dessus du restaurant Bord'eau.
